    Once I completed my questionnaire I received a call within a day from **. He put my mind at ease regarding starting the medication. He stated that the next step would be communicating with a doctor via Zoom. After communicating with the doctor ** called me regarding payment and how soon I would receive the medication. He answered every question I had. I received my medication yesterday and have started taking it today. ** went over and beyond my expectations! Thanks **!!!!!

    I love LiferxMd! This has been an excellent company to work with! ****** in the billing department really has helped me, organized, on top of things, and very kind and thorough! I have to also mention ******. He really helped me figure what I could eat, and we laughed and had fun doing it. This is just two of the stand outs I have delt with , but there are many more!!     I have been shopping around to get on GLP meds and just so happened be transferred to a department within your company where I had an immense pleasure of speaking with a girl named ******. Her love for Liferx shined through the phone. She spoke with me and was very patient with all my questions. She walked me through how to become a patient. And went over all of very detailed questions. I started watching her TikToks and all the information she shared were proven to be true as she shared the same information on TikTok. Thank you. I will be booking my ** appointment after the holiday!!!

    I am a patient of Liferx and I had a very complex situation with delivery. ****** was very patient as it took over two days to organize my delivery. ****** made sure to follow up with me on a Friday and the beginning of the next week so I had time to sort out my delivery and payment. Thank you LifeRx for having her be apart of your team! Without her I would not have received my meds. She coordinated with the pharmacy so I could pick up my meds. From start to finish she was amazing
