    Patient support person ****** was very warm and understanding when I was experiencing side effects. She was very insightful and gave me excellent advice. I followed her advice and my symptoms improved quickly. The call time was quick and the patient support line answered promptly.

    Definitely recommend this company. At first I was a little leery as I thought I was getting the run around. However since establishing care, they have been so easy to reach and call back in a timely manner when needing to leave messages for call back for any questions or concerns you have. If youre lucky, you get to talk to ***** is very personable and makes you feel like youve been friends for years. When doing a weight loss journey you dont want to feel judged or misunderstood and ***** definitely did not do any of these things! She was very sweet and seemed as she genuinely cared and wanted to see me reach my goals. I hope I get to speak with her every time.
