    ARC claims is a downright dishonest company. They wont pay for the full damage caused by the drivers negligence. They claim because of depreciation they wont pay full price. DO BETTER BE BETTER!!

    Fed Ex Delivery drove across my yard causing ruts and property damage in November 2022. I filed a claim as i was told per my local ************* and have been in contact with a ***** who handles claims. She has never returned my phone calls and does not respond to my emails. It has been a month since i last heard from ARC Claims. My Claim number is **********. I have provided everything the company has requested such as getting an estimate of repair from a local business, submitting pictures of the damage and anything else asked. I watched the damage occur and am frustrated that this has taken so long to resolve.

    A ***** truck hit 3 of our vehicles parked in our driveway during delivery. We went through ARC claims which is the insurance for ***** to get our vehicles fixed. An ARC claims representative approved the supplemental repairs to F150 while it was in the body shop and supposedly has mailed the check for final payment twice but it has not been received by either the body shop or myself. The auto repair company is now contacting us for payment which is due from ARC claims. *** made multiple attempts to speak to someone and no one will return my phone call regarding the payment due which is in excess of $2,000. The payment is over 30 days late as of today for the repairs that they approved. Claim # **********

    I am dealing with this company due to a ***** driver backing up and hitting my Porsche **************** they ultimately accepted 100% fault on behalf of their insured driver, *** spent a good portion of my day haggling over them renting a car for my use. They have offered to rent a Porsche ***** for two days, and then have me return it to pick up a lesser rental ******** or Jeep) for the remainder of the time it takes to fix my vehicle. This seems unreasonable to me. No one will return my phone calls so we can discuss, instead I get dismissive emails telling me they stand by their decision.

    ***** driver hit my car back in August. I saw him hit my car from my living room window and heard the boom. I ran outside and he took off down the driveway. I reported it to ***** immediately and the two women who showed up claiming they were supervisors, took one picture and apologized for the drivers actions and told me he will be dealt with. I have been trying to reach ARC complaints since then and they always hang up and dont call back. ***** finally gave me a direct number to the person handling my claim and I was told he would call me. 12 days later I received no call and called *******. He told me he sent an email and I need to get an estimate for the damages and upload them. I got an estimate and followed his instructions to upload them. This was done on 1/31. I got an email the same day that my paperwork was received. He told me that the turn around, once the paperwork was received, was 4 days and he will contact me with the decision. I didnt hear anything for a week so I responded to my verification email asking if there was an update. I was emailed back and was rudely told that nothing was being done until I submit my estimate. They told me to email them the estimate which I did the same day. This is now 2/8. I waited another week, and havent heard anything. I called him on 2/15 and left a detailed voicemail. No call back. Called him, *****, and sent an email on 2/17 and still havent heard anything. This business is a joke. I dont understand why any legitimate business is paying them to do these claims.

    A fed ex truck damaged our lawn and perennial plant bed, leaving deep ruts on Dec 31, 2022. We reported it immediately to fed ex. We later received an e- mail from arc claims asking for a description of the damage, photos, and an estimate. We provided that on Jan 20, 2023. The damage was appraised as $1479.50 by a local landscaping company. Arc claims didn't respond to our emails or phone calls with just one exception. They wanted to know if we had a video of the event. We do not. We live on a private road and the damage was discovered when we were notified by ******* our pckg. had been delivered. Package and lawn damage occurred at the same time. *** does not care about the claimants. Arc cares nothing about the timeliness of your claims. Arc cares nothing about the damage to your property by their drivers. I have never had an experience with any insurance company like this . I have two other plans of action, contacting my state AG with whom I'll be filing a complaint and/ or filing a claim in small claims court.

    I order 4 tires and they were delivered by ****** When the driver delivered the tires he just rolled them down my driveway (about 40yards down hill) and three of the tire slammed into both my garage doors causing damage to both doors. The forth tire was stopped by a tree next to the gate. The claim process went fine uploaded pics and had an estimate done for repairs just like they asked, but as soon as I sent in the estimate the adjuster ***************************** will no longer respond to my emails.

    On 1/26/23, an Amazon truck attempted to turn around in my yard and got stuck. Her attempts to get out, and the additional vehicles required to tow her out, caused a large amount of damage to my yard and fruit trees. I documented the entire event, including video of the driver admitting that she drove into the yard to turn around intentionally. I reached out to Amazon and opened a claim, and they routed me to ARC Claims. I had my landscaping company come out and provide an estimate of what would be required to return my property to its original condition and submitted that estimate to ARC Claims. ARC Claims responded a week later offering 25% of the total amount required to remediate the damage, suggesting that I instead go to ********** and purchase materials myself. This is the second time that this has happened, and it is very uncomfortable as I feel that ARC Claims is attempting to again bully me into accepting a sub-standard repair instead of owning the responsibility for the damage. Both times they have refused to pay for the repairs, suggesting that go to ********** and purchase the materials and either complete the repairs myself or attempt to find someone to do it at 1/4th of the actual costs.In the past, Amazon has refused to help resolve the issue, instead directing everything to their representative, ARC Claims.

    After multiple escalations to both Amazon and ARC Claims, I believe that we have reached an acceptable resolution. 

    Had I not opened a BBB complaint, I do not believe that we would have reached an acceptable resolution.

    I am still awaiting payment but have been told that it is coming.

    An accident totaled my car while driving for Amazon FLEX on 12-22-22. I have done anything and everything since that night to facilitate the process. ARC Claims Management has done the opposite. My check was issued 01-30-23 according to them. Were three hours from each other. Today is 02-15-23. Clearly my check was NOT sent. This has kept me from adequately working and functioning normally. My debt has increased, my credit score has been damaged, and I am in a state of panic. I paid for my insurance, ARC claims representatives claim to match that. My insurance company told me that they would have issued a check a month ago at the latest. This is hideous behavior.

    Fed Ex Delivery broke my gate in September 2022. My neighbor is a witness. ***** who seems to be the only employee handling claims is rude and does not answer phone calls or email. I had to pay to have it repaired. After they broke it, you would have to lift the gate in order to close it. I am disabled so I had no choice. The cost was $1,760 unpainted. I submitted the invoice and no response.During the 2nd lockdown in 2020, Fed Ex hit my balcony. Long story short, it took 18 months to get refunded. My HOA had to pay for it. It is not my fault that Fed Ex employees have accidents, damage my property and then I have to deal with the ARC. Painting is an additional $260, which I am paying for this weekend. I try to not purchase items from businesses that use Fed Ex. The outstanding claim number is **********. It was filed in September 2022. I need to be fully reimbursed. No one will help.Thank you.
