    ***** provided me there information as the insurance company to handle my claim for a hit and run a ***** driver did. Video was provided to company. It has been over 60 days and they have made payment. I spoken to several individuals only to get more of a runaround

    I am rejecting this response because:No payment has been recieved as of 8/29/22 and I did make them aware of this as well previously. The adjuster never called back to reissue a Check or confirm how it was sent. But its been a run around since May

    The check was cut on 8/10/22. Due to the volume of checks issued, checks are sent in batch mailings. ****************** check was sent with the 8/23/22 mailing. I have explained this to the claimant.

    Amazon damaged our floor and estimated the damage at **** dollars. We revived an email with a claim number from Amazon telling us that a ARC representative would contact us shortly to discuss reimbursement. No call came for several days. We called the number that was detailed in the email but it went to voice mail. We have tried for over a month but have been unable to do so. This seems to be a way to doge property damage claims and we would like to report this business and get the issue resolved.

    My car was hit an run by Amazon driver in May with a hit an run lots of witness say they saw him hit it people chased him an highway patrol was called says mail a check in June to only cover repairs have not seen an want to know if they are goin to help on rental car they justckeep transferring my to someone else

    I have a settlement check from this company VV129421 dated 05/26/2022. I deposited the check to my bank 3 days ago only to have it returned for non payment. Not only did this company not honor the check but refuse to return my calls or emails.

    On Easter Sunday this year at 8:30 an Amazon driver drove into a lighting pillar. I contacted Amazon immediately and sent a estimate of repair and photos of the damage. I received several emails from ARC saying the were going to rectify the problem but it has been three months and no word about the remedy.

    I spoke with the claimant. She was sending her emails and documents to AMAZON, not ARC. We got the issue resolved and have assigned an appraiser to inspect her damages and secure an agreed price with her contractor.

    On 7/06/22 my vehicle was hit in my driveway by an Amazon driver who took off. I was assumed that the check for the damages would be here in 2 weeks however, that time has come and passed. I requested an e-check or a direct deposit so I can get the process of having my vehicle fixed done. I was told there was nothing they could do about it and Im left with a vehicle that has become unsafe to drive as my rear bumper is dangling off. I need to be able to use my vehicle. This is absolutely ridiculous! Their agents do not care and after reading the reviews, it looks like I will be paying for these damages out of pocket and will out over $3k.

    ********************** check was processed on 7/11/22. We send our checks in batch mailings. The check was sent with the 7/25/22 mailing. I advised ****************** to let me know if the check is not received by Monday. If not, we will issue a stop pay and send an echeck.
