I had a ***** drive that delivered my package on May 27th 2025 run over 2 yard signs, knocked down some trees limbs off my tree run over a **** rut my yard up and he run off my driveway in to a ditch taken chunks out of the cement. I have emailed about my claim for over a month with no response. I have a police report form the officer we was patrolling the neighborhood when he seen the truck stuck in my yard right after he damage everything. Also the cooks pest control man was just pulling up at the house at the same time and my daughter was at home and heard everything when the driver was running over everything in the yard. She even seen what the driver looked like she seen him throwing the package on our porch. ARC doesn't care about the people these drivers effect because it's not their personal money that they are having to pay out of pocket. And yes I have a claim I have pictures I have quotes I have a police report and pieces of the truck.ARC Claims Management

On May 31, 2025 an Amazon driver pulled into my driveway, all the way to the sidewalk to the door, and dropped a package. The driver then backed into my yard to turn around and hit my driveway curb on the way out of the drive doing extensive concrete damage to my drive. We saw the driver on the ring camera pull in. When he pulled out of my driveway he pulled across the street into my neighbor's driveway. This is also caught on the ring camera. We came home within minutes of him leaving (he was still on my road) and saw the damage. I took pictures while my husband went to get the driver. The driver returned and claimed he did not pull into the driveway except right at the road - we disputed that with the video - then the driver apologized. The driver told us to contact the customer ********************** department at ******. He also took his own pictures and came back two times to survey the damage. We contacted ****** customer ********************** immediately - as soon as we found the number. They pushed us to claims through ARC. I filled out their form, provided pictures of the truck in the drive, the damage to both the yard and curb (it was raining so you could see the driver's tire marks where he went through the dirt in the yard and tracked it onto the driveway). The claim was immediately denied. I've tried to reach out to them to find out why and they stated there is not enough evidence. When asked what additional evidence they need, there was a response of "whatever you think will help your case." Reviews online show that this company doesn't accept any form of evidence. Even eye-witnesses to the driver's doing the damage are not enough to get a claim approved. I want my concrete fixed before the structure gets worse and my entire culvert collapses. Driver's should not pull into driveways with large heavy trucks. I will continue contacting offices in my state to report poor business practices and hire a lawyer if necessary.ARC Claims Management

On April 16, 2025, an Amazon delivery driver knocked over and damaged our mailbox and post. I contacted ****** customer **********************, which directed me to ARC. From there, I was routed to an automated message that pointed me to the ARC portal. I was never able to speak to a real person during the entire process.I submitted all the required information and photos through the portal. After several rounds of back-and-forth, I had to dispute **** initial low offer, which did not account for labor costs involved in the mailbox installation. Eventually, I settled on a revised amount they proposed and signed the release form jut to get this over with. That was three days ago when I signed the release. They had indicated that the gift card payment would be sent within 24 hours of signing the release. I have been diligently checking my emailincluding spam and junk foldersevery day, and nothing has arrived. When I logged back into the ARC portal, it stated that the gift card had been paid out.I immediately contacted them to report that I never received any such email. They responded by asking me to check my spam folder again. After confirming that nothing had been received, I was told the issue would be escalatedbut with no information on who is handling it or how long it will take. Giving me this run around is unnecessary. This has been an incredibly frustrating and opaque process with zero accountability. I still have not received the gift card, and there appears to be no clear resolution timeline or human point of contact. I am seeking BBB's assistance in resolving this matter and receiving the funds owed to me.Looking at the complaints against ARC in the BBB site, I am not surprised at my experience and I am not alone. Such a sorry state for a company to operate without conscience. My mailbox was just fine and I have a busy life. This has taken significant time and I still do not have the payment so I can move on.ARC Claims Management

There is no evidence the Amazon driver damaged the claimant's garage door. The driver pushed the button to open the door and it stuck. Pushing the button to open the door is not negligence. The denial of the claim was appropriate.Review fromTim H

Amazon driver damaged lawn and driveway on 12 April. Immediately uploaded pictures and video of the entire incident using the claim form sent by email. Repeated emails to fill out the claim form even though already completed twice. No direct contact provided to speak with anyone for almost two weeks. Spoke to my claim adjuster once who said Id have an answer by Monday 5 April and here we are 7 April with nothing. Repeated calls to adjuster and emails with no response. If not resolved in the next ***** hrs will file a police report for damage and take Amazon to small claims court with my video and photo evidence and estimates for repairs. ***** on ****** for using such a non-responsive company! This guy had to get towed out of my yard and both video and photos show the truck, license plates, driver, etc so no denying the damage was caused by ******. Pay me my estimates to repair my property! Next step is filing complaints with NY and NJ **** of financial services.ARC Claims Management

ARC represents everything wrong with the insurance industry and corporate conglomerates like ******. We are going on 2 weeks since an Amazon Flex independent contractor totaled my daughters car doing $20,000 in damage and left the scene of the accident. To date, I have not received communication or a response to my multiple calls, emails and messages. Absolutely terrible situation that ****** has caused my daughter and me and instead of doing the right thing and trying to resolve their mistakes, Amazon and ARC have made things significantly worse impacting us financially, physically and emotionally! Shame on you!ARC Claims Management

On Jan 19, 2025 an Amazon driver backed over my mailbox. ****** put me in touch with ARC and they opened a claim. After filing the claim, I did not hear back anything. I received one email a few weeks later requesting further photographic proof. I restated (this is the quick version): 1)I heard it happen while in my den 2)My wife saw the delivery truck right after, parked down the road 3)My neighbor witnessed the delivery and the accident 4)The mailbox is bent against traffic flow so it being just a passerby is unlikely I contacted them multiple times requesting updates, offering more info, and to discuss it on the phone. I received no replies. After 3 months I informed ARC I am filing a complaint with the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance and I received an email reply 3 minutes later denying my claim.Basically, they are implying that unless I have video evidence of Amazon Prime driving over my mailbox, they are rejecting the claim. I checked and no doorbell or security cameras reach my mailbox. So, I would need to manually record every Amazon delivery as it happens, on the outside chance they may drive over my mailbox. That is absurd. I can only conclude that ARC does not conduct claims reviews in good faith and that I have been railroaded towards this denial. Further proof is that my only (and last) two email replies happened in 3 minutes. They could not have read my email and responded in that time. I must be getting form letters. They should put their email reply-bot on a delayed timer to make it at least look like they reviewed my email!By their actions, in my opinion this is not an insurance company. It is a sham front stalling claims and hoping people will give up and just go away.ARC Claims Management

The file reflects Claimant did not notice damage until the following day. They further contended that their neighbor (after the fact) had seen an AMZ driver hit mailbox and flee scene. (described only as a white female with blonde hair)Demand made for $1,696.54 (noted issues - part of demand - $1,359.54 for "light post" which there is none noted - there is one on property - approx 10 yds behind mailbox along driveway/ NOT RELATED TO LOSS. As well as $118.00 demand for new BOX of metal stakes (10) which exceeds scope of damage claimed - (1) One Stake The adjuster emailed claimant 02/07/25 with request for any evidence to support claim 02/09 Claimant responded with "I don't know what further evidence I can provide"Scott S

Addressing each point ARC makes. 1) Correct, we did not notice the damage until the next day. The reason for this is the Amazon driver left the scene instead of doing "the right" thing and letting us know it occurred. Further, in ********* on 1/19 at just before 7pm it is dark. Also, my house is approx ******************************* the suburbs, you cannot see the mailbox at night. 2) Correct, my neighbor contacted me the next day. That still does not preclude the fact that they witnessed it happen. This is not an emergency in the big picture of life. Just something that needs to be properly addressed. 3) The $1359.94 is not for the "light post". It is the replacement cost for the mailbox and the mailbox post and the post wrap. I included a receipt from ************ (whom I have already purchased the replacement mailbox and post from) showing this and attached to the original claim. Part numbers clearly indicate this is for the mailbox, my lamp post is just fine and not part of this claim. Also, I did not choose this mailbox, it is specifically required per our Subdivision Deed Restrictions. 4) I agree one stake is all that is in scope for the claim. That is why I only included a $11.80 estimate in the total damage claim. I included a screen shot of of a box of 10 costing $118 to attempt to provide validity to the estimate that one would cost $11.80. This screen shot is in the document named "Replace One Metal Stake" and the heading shows the $11.80 estimate. 5) The statement that "The adjuster emailed claimant 02/07/25 with request for any evidence to support claim 02/09 Claimant responded with "I don't know what further evidence I can provide"" is mostly accurate but taken out of context. The email on 2/7 (the ONLY CONTACT ARC EVER MADE WITH ME) specifically requested more video evidence. Better here is the email, it is not long..... Good Afternoon Thank you for your claim submission. We are in the process of reviewing this matter We further request you provide any photo, video or other evidence you may have to support your claim of ****** involvement in this matter. Upon receipt of this information, we shall continue our review Sincerely ARC My email reply on 2/9 stated I have filled out their claims form with a lot of information and (here is the accurate quoted reply) "Assuming I was successful in creating this claim form and uploading photos/documentation, I am uncertain what further evidence you are looking for." I then in a reply longer than all of these, I detailed that I did attempt to gather further video proof but my neighbors doorbells or security systems are not aimed at or see my mailbox. I then spelled out in more detail my points showing/proving that ****** did this and I would like compensation for damages. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I ended with "If you would like to coordinate a time for a phone call, I would be happy to oblige, but I would prefer to not spend too much more time in electronic documentation or conversations." Knowing I am in the right, I welcome(d) direct conversation in an attempt to avoid ************ conclude, after I sent my reply on 2/9, I NEVER HEARD FROM ARC AGAIN until I threatened to file a complaint against them with the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance. This email was met with an email reply 3 minutes later informing me my claim has been denied and I was informed of this on 2/11. I have been using two email accounts to monitor this activity and neither got that reply, so it is my opinion that is a lie (that they sent me a reply on 2/11). Further, I followed up with a very long email restating my argument and stated I am moving forward with my complaint. This was also met with a reply exactly 3 minutes later. No human could have read my long reply in three minutes let along composed a response. In this form letter (sent by human or machine) ARC stated "We have carefully examined the details of your property damage claim. Based on our investigation, there was insufficient evidence or documentation to grant your claim". Based on the response ARC provided here, they obviously have not "carefully examined the details of your property damage claim" since they still don't even understand what it is I am asking coverage for, let alone how it all happened. This just further proves my point that ARC Claims Management simply ghosted me for THREE MONTHS hoping I would go away and did not research anything on good faith with me. In my opinion, this is a very shady business practice and not the way an insurance company should conduct business.ARC Claims Management
