On 12/21/2024, we received a delivery from ****** in the evening after I had returned from work. I witnessed the delivery driver backing down the driveway and swerving off of the driveway from inside the house, but didn't think anything of it until I left for work the next morning. The next morning, I noticed that the sign at the bottom of our driveway had been backed over and severely damaged, and the only vehicle that had used the driveway between when I had returned home from work the day prior and leaving for work the next day was the ****** delivery truck. I have a picture that clearly shows vehicle tracks swerving off of the driveway and over the sign. The delivery driver either didn't know he hit the sign, or did know and did not notify me when it happened. I do not have a video of the incident because we do not have a camera that far down the driveway. In the 15+ years of ordering items from ******, we have never had damage to our property, and I have never had to file any property damage claims until now. I expected ******/ARC to do the right thing for a long time and loyal customer and pay for the damage to the sign, but they stated that there was not enough evidence linking ****** to the damage and the claim was denied. I know for a fact that it was the ****** truck that damaged the sign, and ****** will end up losing a long time customer if they do not make this right.Business Response

I have contacted ARC. I have put a claim and for property damage its going on a month. I have uploaded the video in color pictures. Im about to get fined from the township. Ilive in. They told me today. They are not responsible for any fines or anything My online account when I looked it said under review now its to upload dockets then they told me I need to contact my homeowners insurance. Im not doing that you can clearly see the Amazon driver, pulling in my driveway driving in my yard. There is a big rut in my yard. I am filing a complaint regarding an accident involving an ****** delivery vehicle that rear-ended my car on [insert date]. I submitted a claim through ******, and it was assigned to ARC Claims with the claim number *************. I provided all requested details, including the driver’s name, license plate (** *** *****, time and location of the incident, and offered to submit dashcam footage and photos.
The claims adjuster assigned to me, Stephanie (from ARC Claims), has not responded to multiple follow-up emails. I’ve also attempted to call the number they provided with no success.
My car was damaged in the incident and I am trying to move forward with the inspection and repair process. This lack of communication has caused significant delay and stress.
I am seeking immediate assistance to proceed with my claim, schedule an inspection, and have my vehicle repaired. If ARC Claims is unable to handle this properly, I ask that ****** intervene and reassign the case to someone who can.

I am rejecting ARC Claims’ response because their statement continues to ignore key evidence I have already offered to provide.
This is not simply my "allegation." I have clear dashcam footage that shows:
The exact vehicle that hit me from behind
The driver wearing an ****** uniform
The driver handling packages while driving (distracted)
The collision itself, with visible damage to my vehicle
I have also submitted:
A photo of the vehicle and its license plate
The exact location and time of the incident
The fact that ****** could not match the license plate or driver name in their system does not mean this was not an ****** delivery. It only means there may be a gap in ******’s own subcontractor or Flex driver tracking, which I believe should be further investigated by ARC Claims, not simply dismissed.
I am fully prepared to submit the dashcam footage and photos directly to ARC Claims or any neutral third party for review. Until they do so, I do not consider this matter resolved, and I respectfully request the case remain open with the BBB.

****** carrier caused significant damage to our property. ****** assigned the claim to ***. ARC took months and kept dragging their feet. We complained to ******, then they sent us an appraiser, and investigator. Then kept dragging their feet again. After months, today, their incompetent representative sent us a message saying we cannot handle your claim, you must file it directly with the delivery people. These are in my opinion deceptive, manipulative people that are dishonest and act to give people the rub around. We will file a complaint against their license with the ****************. We demand a corrective action and to fix the damage or pay for it.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: ************ took over two months and mishandled my claim. This claim was assigned to hem for review by ******. They dragged their feet for two months, and then sent n examiner to my house and wasted a day of my time. Then after well over two months they claim that this claim needs to review by a third-party delivery carrier company. They are either incompetent or deceptive. We purchase so many things from ****** and pay tens of thousands of dollars. We will stop purchasing from ****** as a result of thi experience. The damage to my house has not been addressed. These people are horrible.

An ****** driver decided to turn his ******* decal) delivery van around in my from yard. He got the van stuck multiple times and each time dug up the lawn trying to get out. He then had a 4 wheel drive truck push him out. He left without leaving a note or even knocking on my door. My video system captured the entire incident.
I contacted ****** on the date of the incident (3/7/2025)and reported it seeking to have my yard repaired. ****** was understanding but the first rep didn’t handle ir correctly and didn’t initiate a claim number. I was told someone would contact me in 24/48 hours.
On 3/12/2025 I still hadn’t heard anything. I recontacted ******. Again they were helpful but they acknowledged the complaint was not handled properly. They kept me on the phone as they generated the claim number *************** and apologized. I was again told someone would contact me in 24/48 hours.
Within a short time I received an email from
ARC (Debbie was adjuster). The email
Contained a link to complete the claim form and upload evidence. I completed that on that date 3/12/2025. I uploaded still images from my video which clearly showed the ****** vehicle and the damage. I noted that I had video but because it was long it could not be uploaded but was available.
I uploaded an estimate for damage repair. So far, I have left a message on ARC’s claim site and a voicemail message at their number attempting to contact the adjuster Debbie. No response even though the message for the voicemail stated I would receive a response the next business day.Business Response

Approximately 3 weeks ago, an ************** my parked car, parked right in front of my house. No one was in the car thankfully, it was just simply parked there but the Amazon driver decided to just DRIVE OFF. I filed a police report and I have completely video footage, as well as my neighbor, of the van hitting my car and driving off. Upon inspection, the cars front bumper completely ripped off. I called ****** and they submitted a claim through ARC. Unfortunately I have not heard ANYTHING from ARC. Its a complete scam and Ive had to go through my own personal car insurance to go after them but even THEY can not get in touch with ARC. Everytime i attempt calling ARC the lady on the phone says the same thing: that my agent ********* and the supervisor are busy, they will call me back after their meeting. Its been DAYS and no one calls me back, answers my emails, or anything. Now, they contacted my insurance and said they are not liable for the accident and now I have to pay a detuctable through my own insurance. Ordered some glutathione for my father since he has the flu. It was set to same day delivery but ****** could not deliver same day and delivered next day, early in the morning. The Amazon driver delivered the package at 4:55 AM. Once father woke up at around 9am, he grabbed the package from the front the door and noticed his track lighting a long his drive was damaged. The middle lighting fixture was damaged and tire marks directly showing and going into the light fixture. They live in a gated community and all houses are in tip-top shape. The driver backed into the light fixture and drove off. I don't know if the driver was in a hurry or couldn't see but hit the light fixture and broke the whole thing and bent the top part which fell off.ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. My supposed claim adjuster ****** has never contacted me nor their supervisor ****** whom I have emailed ****** 3 times in the portal and once for ******. Called and no picks up, called 4 times. I have emailed back asking what is the amount they are going to pay me. Please email me back a dollar amount on payment then I will accept or not the amount. They handle Amazon claims. ****** driver backed into my retainer wall and just drove off while delivering a package. Called Amazon and the filled the claim. So I emailed ARC after not hearing from them. They only response I received was it was denied because no prove ****** did it. ***** ******* ************ ARC Claims ***** is one of the worst ARC Claims agent there is and by far one of the worst claim agent for any institution. He is extremely negligent, he denied a claim without inspection, want my personal insurance to cover though the damage was done during my time for ******. ****** themselves said they'll cover damages, another *** from arc claim said they sre suppose to cover, but this negligent egotistic unaware agent think he can try to scam me. He is discriminating cause I told him I will not get my insurance involved. My insurance is another taking care of issues that occurred during my delivery. If ***** is Not addressed for his ill behavior, my next step will be filing a law suit against the president, management, and also list his name as the primary reason for the law suit.Business Response
