    On June 2, 2022, a Amazon delivery driver backed over my basketball goal, shearing it from its concrete base and destroying the goal. The driver provided an claim assignment number advising I would be contacted by their insurance carrier/adjuster, ARC Claims Management. I received their text and promptly submitted the on-line claims form as instructed. I was never contacted about the details of the property loss. Instead, I received an check in the mail for only half of my estimate for a new goal, materials, and labor, to remove the old foundation and install the new one. I finally returned the check, after making several attempts to contact the adjuster and the company, to no avail! As of 9/6/2022 I still have hear nothing back from ARC.

    I had a sidewalk poured and placed signs up saying do not walk on wet sidewalk etc. I had a amazon package coming that day so I was glad to have signs up, along with online delivery instructions to leave package at back door due to freshly poured concrete sidewalk. I leave to go to the store, while I'm gone my phone dings that my package had been delivered and they took a picture of where they left the package, mind you I took pictures of my signs and everything before I left, so then the picture they uploaded was of my front porch and they were standing right on the new sidewalk, sure enough I get home and my sidewalk is destroyed and had their deep foot prints all in it. I called and filed my claim, I uploaded all my proof which was absolutely not deniable after they took their own picture standing on the sidewalk. I uploaded the estimate I got, they claim they would honor my claim and send a "echeck" that check never came. When I called about it they said since the email had a check attached to it that it would take a couple days. It never came. If I do not receive the check today in order to pay my contractor to get started on fixing the damage then we will be going to court. They didn't hesitate to walk on my sidewalk and avoid all instructions given to them. I will not wait on a check. People do not have the time for that. This is ridiculous.

    So back a couple of weeks ago, I had an Amazon Driver decide that my front yard had a turn around in it. He ran over a 4 year old planted tree and did not even stop. ARC sent me a check for was they think the tree is valued at. The problem is they are looking a new tree, not the value of a 4 year old tree. I have gone out and gotten a quote to replace it. My husband and I both have called and emailed several times asking for a supervisor to call me back but have not gotten any response. The last person I talked to (******) was rude and talked down to me. She also kept cutting me off as I was trying to talk. I am very disappointed with they service that I have received so far.

    Do not even deserve 1 star. Follow up regarding claim this am. Adjuster who answered call refused to provide her name. Asked her several times. Stated we dont give out names until we have a claim number. That is a BIG FAT LIE!!! Informed her that I have called several times before and that has never been the case. They answered the phone with their name. Continued to ask her name, and the name of her supervisor, that I want to speak to him/her. Transferred me to the voicemail of *****************************, whose voicemail that did not allow me to leave a message, but hung up on me. Called back and adjuster ****, answered with her name. Imagine that! Gave her my claim number and asked about **********************, if she was a supervisor. ***************** up on me. Called a third time. *****, answered with his name (surprise there!!!) informed me that ***************************** was not a supervisor, but the adjustor for my claim and that ***************** was the supervisor and her number was eight-five-six-*******. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Adjuster ********* and **** both should be fired for their gross lack of customer ********************** and ignorance!!! ARC is so INCOMPETENT, that it has now been well over 4 months and my claim is still open. My guess is ********* and **** were not able to obtain jobs with a professional company and ARC was the only company willing to hire them, because a professional would not work for ARC.

    C.A.B An Amazon driver hit my main gate in 12/21 at the front of our property and broke the gate opener. I had just installed the gate opener 2 months earlier and after this accident by the Amazon driver we have been without a gate opener going on 8 months now Ive left multiple voicemails and have never received any updates via, email or call. Every time I call the ARC number it always goes to voicemail and no one answers Even during common business hours. It seems the only way to get an ARC Rep. to contact the customer is to post a bad review on ******************** WORST customer ********************** Ive ever experienced Which is saying something post pandemic

    I spoke with ************************. In reviewing the file, I discovered he did not submit a claim form, photographs or an estimate for damages. I sent him a copy of our 3/4/22 email requesting this information and providing a link to submit his claim into our claims portal. He advised he did not understand he needed to submit this information via the link. He advised me he would send photos and we agreed upon a price to resolve his damage claim.

    ARC Representative contacted me and updated me with the Claim # email needed to be filled out. I had already sent emails with photos and damages. But it wasn't to the right person/contact. ** was to an Amazon Rep. ** would help to have all Amazon Logistic Reps. trained to forward me to ARC directly. Instead of asking me for the same info. and not submitting or forwarding the info. I provided to ARC. As well as make the Claim # email have a different title other than CLAIM#*************. Maybe have the title should be, "Additional Info. needed to be submitted with Claim # to ARC." This way when the customer is reading through their email they immediately understand where in the process their Claim # is, and know an action is still needed (photos/damages/estimates be sent in.) The process now is you have to read through the Claim # email to find the hyperlink and add claim info. ** would also be nice to have an individual return voicemails or answer the phone during business hours. Besides that the ARC Rep. who contacted me was very courteous and informative. He/She handled the issue same day and I was given a check to cover the damages to my property within two business days.
