An Amazon driver drove into my brand new driveway, attempted a Y-turn and marred the driveway with his wheels while completing the turn. During the turn, they also proceeded to drive off of the driveway, onto the lawn, and back onto the driveway which indented and cracked the tamped edge. I reported the issue to Amazon back on 6/18/21 when it originally happened and have been trying to resolve it with ARC ever since. I submitted pictures and estimates in a timely fashion and have been following up with ARC weekly or monthly since. After numerous e-mails, phone calls, and broken promises that an adjuster would reach out, it's become a bit frustrating. Then, a few weeks ago, I got an e-mail from Amazon sating that "ARC has let us know that they closed the claim due to not receiving a response, and we wanted to check in to see if any assistance was needed. We would like to confirm if you wish for the claim to remain closed, or if you would like assistance in reopening the claim and having ARC reach out to you." Come on!? I've sent at least 3 e-mails to them since their last response to me in April and have yet to receive a response from them. All I'm looking for is a mutually agreeable resolution, but it's become impossible when I can't get a hold of anyone.ARC Claims Management

Terrible overall. I was on duty and a large deer ran in front of my vehicle. I sent all relative information over and provided more details than were needed. The whole experience has been less than sub par. I was undercut on the adjustment amount and am still waiting to get my car repaired. So far I have been out of work for three weeks due to this issue and I have no recourse.Overall this is a very disappointing company to deal with that does not care about keeping Flex drivers working.ARC Claims Management

The processing of the claim was delayed due to the fact the claimant refused to take his car to a body shop to get an estimate. As a result, it was necessary to assign an appraiser to inspect his vehicle. In spite of the delay caused by the claimant we resolved the claim in 3 weeks. The claim was received on 9/26/22, and a settlement check issued by 10/12/22, well within the 30 days best practice for claims of this nature.Review fromScott G.

I would give zero stars if I could I am extremely disappointed with Amazon and the Amazon Claims Department. After spending much of my savings to finally get the yard Ive always dreamed of, an Amazon delivery driver was observed driving for several hundred feet over my newly spread loam and hydroseed, leaving deep tire tracks and spinning his tires in the soft dirt. A landscaping professional visited the site and quoted nearly $3000 to repair the damage. Amazon initially offered $300 after seeing photos and the quote for repairs. When a request was made to reconsider, a final and best offer of $500 was made, a check was supposedly mailed, and all communication ceased, despite the fact that an additional $2500 is needed to return my property to the state it was in prior to the reckless, destructive actions unnecessarily taken by an Amazon employee.ARC Claims Management

10/05/22 Amazon drive decides to use my lawn instead of utilizing my full driveway. The ground was extremely saturated from several days of rain. So I filed a claim through Amazon, and ARC gets it. They offered $300 to fix the trench the driver left. This isn't the first time I had to file a claim through Amazon because of the inadequate drivers they hire. I decline their offer over several emails and they continue to ignore my response and proceed to send a echeck for $300. I know some people will think, oh its just grass, but I worked my tail off to renovate my lawn. Quality seed, fertilizer, soil conditioner, peat ****, rental of an aerator, top soil, water and my time. Now that winter is closing in my window to repair the damage is closing. I even called their number and spoke to receptionist, she transferred me to the adjuster. No answer, just a voicemail.ARC Claims Management

I have reviewed the file and the photos submitted by the damage and respectfully maintain the offer of $300 is a good faith offer of settlement .Review fromDonna D

Due to negligence by Amazon driver not following directions, running off driveway, and ramming OPEN gate, 12' gate, opener, and post are broken. *** offered <25% of estimate then ignored emails and voice mails to discuss this further. We have not received an echeck.8/31/2022 called Amazon. Their driver rammed, broke 12'x6' corral gate (off drive) completely off 8' pressure treated post (in 2 ft concrete). Gate was against bushes along driveway. 5/8" gate screws and brackets were bent over 65 degrees, gate bent in 2 inches (top/bottom), 3 ft wedge sheared off post at connection. Opener ****** pin was broken, arms and gate bracket bent. Told rep damage is $1,500 to $3,000. Amazon Exec Incident Team has confirmed damage was done by their driver. Delivered 3 packages, 6 lbs. ******** said "handed directly to resident". That is a lie. Amazon delivery instructions are "DO NOT USE DRIVEWAY", leave behind mailbox. Neglected >7 times. Stopped 5 drivers, they "didn't read the instructions". Amazon drivers have damaged property 6 times running off top of drive, onto grass and breaking irrigation 3 times. Completed claim with ARC on 9/5/2022 with 6 pgs of pics, screenshots delivery info, and detailed estimate of $2,639. *** responded 9/7/2022 they did not have pics or "evidence...Amazon was involved". 9/8/2022, *** said they "missing ..evidence." Confirmed with Amazon (5 times) that ARC did have all this info. Talked with ARC agent ******************************* once.9/13/22, email offer "upon settlement" $600. 9/15/22 we responded "not acceptable". Within 3 hrs, *** sent email saying claim was resolved and sending echeck. 9/16/22, we sent 2nd estimates, screenshots of materials is $800 (9/16/22), labor is $1,250 (recv'd 2nd est and sent 9/18/22). Total of $2,050. Emailed ARC, no response. Talked with Amazon Exec and Incident teams over 15 times. ARC won't respond to phone calls or emails. Amazon did 3 way call twice. ARC disconnected call both times. We just want fair compensation.ARC Claims Management

Worst insurance company to deal with. I am filing a formal complaint with my state ****************** for their lack of response.Amazon driver damaged our driveway by spinning out in reverse up the driveway and left a 25 foot ******************* on the driveway which was just pressure washed and sealed. The repair is very time consuming to fix and plus we have to re-seal the entire area where they damaged the driveway. I sent in photos, emailed and called and they won't return response. They said the had to have video of the driver doing the damage, but we were unable to. However, we described the truck, the time of day and provided photos. Just file a complaint with your insurance division so they are on record of being fradulent and non-responding nor paying claims. We are now out $$ and a lot of time having to repair the driveway ourselves and seal it again. Worst insurance/claims company I have ever dealth with!ARC Claims Management

On August 1st, Amazons full service deliver and unpack team delivered a sofa and loveseat for my basement. During the process, they caused significant damage to the basement walls that has just been constructed and painted less than a month prior, including gouging, denting and chipping them. My contractors quote to repair them to their new condition included repainting the entire walls so the paint would be uniform, rather than just doing a patch job. After over a month of trying to get any response from Amazon, *** advised me that because I didnt take photos or videos of something I didnt know would happen as it was occurring, they would only offer a quarter of the estimate as a goodwill gesture. Since then, they have refused to respond to any further communication from me, despite my sending them pictures of the undamaged walls from 9 days prior and documents showing that *** family was out of town for 7 of those 9 days, as well as video of the same drivers destroying several of my outdoor lights, showing their complete disregard for my property.ARC Claims Management

On 7/14/22 we had an Amazon driver hit and knock down a brick and cement pillar at the entrance to our driveway. It is now 9/7/22 and still no resolution in spite of me calling and emailing my adjustor who never responds. The only messages I have received have been automated email messages sent by their system. Whenever you call the adjustor, you get a voicemail that says they are on the phone. It really should not take this long after sending an estimate to get a resolution or even a call back. I have requested calls back from a supervisor which have also gone unanswered and the person responding to the online chat was equally unhelpful, "your claim is not being handled by me." The pillar is still down and has now killed the sod underneath which will have to be replaced now also.ARC Claims Management

The file reflects that on 9/7/22 the claimant was contacted and advised an appraiser had been assigned to inspect the damage. I contacted the claimant and he confirmed he received that message. The claim is moving forward.
