We changed over to quickbooks enterprise over a year ago. I had 3 online quickbook accounts prior.I was listed as the contact on two of the accounts, and a gentleman that used to work for me 3 years ago was listed as the contact on one account. The two accounts cancelled, but quickbooks has been billing me for 12 months @ $50 per month for the last year. I have tried over and over again with their phone room in the *********** to get this resolved. No-one can figure out how to help me. The last one gave me a phone number that says it will not resolve the issue until I sign in to the account. I can't sign into the account as I don't even know anything about it. Quickbooks only shows my other two canceled accounts. They have horrible systems in place and they have been stealing my money for a year. This is so bad. I can't get any help.Initial Complaint

We have been told since we signed up that processing checks through QuickBooks would be 1-2 days after the 90 day start up period, we are now well over 1.5 years and keep being told they are rolling it out but to select customers and we should be next. We have paid thousands in processing fees because the credit card feature is the only 1 day payment and it is killing our business.Initial Complaint

Quickbooks payments sent my funds to the wrong back account for an invoice my customer paid. ********************** did not verify the account name and sent the money anyway. I had the customer cancel the payment and ********************** took the money out of a different account, my account, instead of taking it out of the wrong account they put it in. Quickbooks is now sending me emails saying I owe $425 to them to refund the payment including a $70 transaction fee. I want to get my money that was deposited into the wrong account by quickbooks and and not owe the $425. I contacted support and have been on the phone for 11 hours total with quickbooks and they won't resolve this.Initial Complaint

Thank you for listening. I want to file A complaint against QuickBooks pro advisor Certification. I took the five sections and passed all of them with flying colors except for one where I got 73% on. The reason being, a lot of the questions were actually wrong, I spent a lot of time researching them and they were not even part of the material that we learned. I am asking QuickBooks to review my test ant issue me the pro advisor certificate.Initial Complaint

Purchased Quickbooks Online in March due to being told by customer service that my version was no longer supported and in order to get the features I wanted, I needed to purchase Quickbooks Online. Once I did, it wouldn't upload my files and it took until April 15 for Quickbooks to upload for me. That's when the real problems started, as I soon discovered that my inventory tracking didn't transfer, losing my inventory valuation, which they later informed me I would have to manually upload myself, then I discovered that all payroll data was lost in the transfer. They then informed me I would have to manually upload that, which it wouldn't let me do, so I had to send them spreadsheets with all the pertinent information, which would then take up to a week to upload. This will force my tax filing to be late, which I informed them about. When I asked to be put in contact with a supervisor I was put on hold and ignored. All this and I find out that the desktop version could have been upgraded like we always did, and it would have been fine.
