  Factual recount, no opinions. Hired All Coast Moving to move things from ******** ** to *************. Was given a quote by a ********************* . He guaranteed me a move for Thursday July 27th with same day delivery. Signed everything online with him, and paid the deposit for a third of the amount. He said I would get a call from customer service 24 hours before they came about pickup time and payment of the remaining fee. Late Wednesday afternoon, I called customer service because I still hadn't heard from them. Turns out All Coast Moving had hired a second company from ** to handle my move (Moving Solutions Van Lines). The person on the phone said they moved my pickup to Friday... She also said I had to pay the remaining fee through Venmo or cash instead of the secured payment portal I used for the first installment. On Friday morning, the movers (3 men) showed up to pickup my (22yo Female) things in a white truck with no logo. I was moving out of a furnished studio apartment so I mostly had boxes and some small furniture. They said I would have to pay an extra fee because of the distance from my apartment to the elevator (about 100 feet). They also told me that they would have to tell me upon arrival if there would be an additional fee. When I asked around what time they would make it to *** they said it wouldn't be until the next day. The next day, neither companies nor the driver (**************) answered. The driver said he had was sent another route. I was only able to get through Monday, woman from the ** company answered and said she would get back to me. This phone call was repeated daily with no answer. After a week, I was told my things were in their storage facility in ** and I would be delivered "soon". Delivery was made August 14th, after they tried to deliver it the day before (Sunday) with a 2 hour notice, after saying they only operated on weekdays... Have been away since then and cannot confirm if things are all there and intact. (Roommate let them in)

  I think the two guys that were moving my personal items appeared to me to be high. They were in such a hurry to get things done and get out they dropped half the items all over the sidewalk and wasnt graceful with expensive items

  It was the worst experience we ever had. They are untrustworthy, everything they promised the exact opposite happened. They started with $4000 move, we end up paying close to $19,000. Most of our stuff came broken and damaged beyond repair, on top of that some boxes were missing.We give this company 0 stars. Dont let them fool you, they are scammers.

  This is the WORST moving I ever had! Being blindly cheated by a moving broker ends up with waiting for 15 days for a delivery of an 8-hours driving distance move! Quality Moving Experts quoted me for 3k and said it should be delivered in 2-3 days. It turns out Moving Solutions Van Lines billed me 6k and the delivery will be in 15 days! My moving distance is an 8-hr driving distance. It is already 10 days since my stuff was picked up! I was informed today that my stuff is still on the way! Here is how they tricked me. After I submitted a moving quote online, I received **** (a staff from Quality Moving Experts)'s text message and email saying that they have an empty truck in my area within my moving date range due to a client' moving date change; they would like to give me 50-60% off discount for my move. They asked me the stuff I am going to move, calculated the volume it is going to take, and then gave me an estimate of 3k (after discount) and asked me to pay the deposit. On the day of pick-up, the driver said it takes double of the space than estimated; so the charge will be doubled. They loaded exactly the same number of stuff I provided to Quality Moving Experts. What an estimate they made! When the truck driver gave me the paperwork, I found the title of the paperwork is Moving Solutions Van lines. I said I booked the moving order with Quality Moving Experts. The driver said they are the same company! I said the price is doubled than estimated. Quality Moving Experts said giving me 50-60% off discount. The driver asked me to sign the paperwork and call Quality Moving Experts for discount later. After the truck left, I called Quality Moving Experts but they said I already signed the paperwork so they can do nothing now. Quality Moving Experts asked me to call Moving Solutions Van lines for discount. In the past 10 days, I called both Quality Moving Experts and Moving Solutions Van lines many times. None of them is helpful for resolving any issue.

  If I can give them zero stars I would.. these people are a scam.. they robbed me for almost ***** dollars more over my original estimated price. Held my belongings for over a month and when I received my items my furniture is broken, all my boxes were broken all my clothes and kids belongings where all hanging out of the boxes.. And ***** who works in the the office was horrible, she rude disrespectful and is plain out nasty!! I called them several time no call back please do not hire this company to move anything.. renting a u haul is way better and cheaper.. worst thing Ive ever done did in my life!!

  Please read this before you get scammed and harassed by this broker agency. This is total horrible, even you cannot think what is coming to you if you work with them. They typically attract customers by providing lower quote. This company actually is a shameless broker who will lie constantly to you.The employees of this broker agency who lied to me and to you also. They took my stuff on June 30 2023 and promised me to deliever my stuff after 3-4 days. In this condition they took my order. After you make the initial payment you will get your documents to sign where you will find opposite things. Still, today at 21 days later I am begging to them to deliver my stuff which really unethical and disappointment.Now they are showing documents to me that I signed where it can take unlimited days. Once they took your stuff you are doomed. So think **** times before you give them a chance to play with you. When you call them they will say we are not responsible for the delivery here is the number call them. How funny??? Now it would be your resposnbility to talk to the third party to beg them to deliver your stuff.This broker agency should be banned due to harassment to the customers and lies over lies. Another thing when driver will come to your house for the pickup, he will demand more money than negotiated with this broker. Driver will show you how much space yiu used, packaging materials etc etc although you fixed everything with this broker. At first I did not know this is anonsense broker agency.So my honest review please avoid this broker and stay away **** miles from them to avoid unnecessary mental stress, scamming, lying to you.

  went through this company to move my things from one state to another, paid moving solutions **** they set me up with ****** moving as they said when i contacted them numerous times they are just the broker and cannot help me. Almost two months later 8 calls and speaking with lawyer now after paying out now **** to both parties i still have not received my things from 5/28/23, no one from either company broker (moving solutions) or moving company will respond to emails, calls or threat of a lawyer now 30k furniture and appliances just gone wasted money on storage in new city had to pay almost four hundred for, and no resolution i am heartbroken those were my mothers things just underhanded thieves

  Charged more than quoted. Also switched our ***** grill. We have other things missing. I think some of the mover helpers just got out of prison. When we got to ******* there was a different group of helpers. Not sure they had any experience in moving. They scratched the wall. Our furniture for the basement was left in the garage. They never even attempted to get it down the stairs. The second movers we had were very professional. Small company from the neighborhood. Got here had the furniture in the basement in no time. The initial mover would not even put a twin bed together. I believe all the helpers in ******* and ******* were high. I did email the company. I was told I would be sued for defamation of character. My word against his. Our neighbor from the old house.many smelt the reefer. I had the elderly man next door asked me about it. Great welcome to a new neighborhood. Then I looked up on BBB, they do not have a good listing. Many more incidents.

  This company tried to scam my mom, when she asked for a refund back they said that was fine but once she got her bank involved ******************* called my mom and left her a voicemail calling her a stupid fat fu**ing bi**h and saying she will see their legal group in court for violating a contract that she NEVER signed. And everyone we tried to contact were a**holes

  Scam, scam, scam. Moving Solutions Van Lines is a joke. They broke many of the ***** rules and violations. My stuff which was to be moved from ** to ** ended up in a ** warehouse for 7 weeks where we had to sleep on the floor. They also upped the estimate after loading the truck which is against ***** rules. They are supposed to only up the estimate before loading. 2 big items were missing plus a bunch of little items like lids to trash bins etc. My antique brass bed did not have a headboard and the oak daybed box spring was missing. This rendered two beds useless and I had to throw away the whole antique *************** and daybed. I won a lawsuit against them which you can by web at the ** court Passaic county but collecting the over 4 thousand judgement is impossible. They had an account at ***** Fargo in CA but ***** Fargo will do nothing. If anyone out there knows where their bank account is please let us know.
