      Absolutely worst moving company ever. The rep that convinced me to use their company flat out lied to me. Quoted me no more than $3100. When the movers showed up they price doubled to $6100!!!! Then, the crew left without saying a word when I objected to the new price. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

      I would give them a ZERO if allowed. Stole our entire home furnishings and held for random in a ********** warehouse for $****0 before they would return our property. Pick up was in **** and delivery in ****, only 800 cubic feet transported. They altered the bill of lading with white out to over **** cubic feet. BEWARE, they go by Crosscountry Movers and Nationwide as well. All a scam!

      Thank you for bringing this customer complaint to our attention. We havent stolen anything. This move was done on 06/31/2021 we didnt hear from this customer till 10/18/2021 trying to pay for storage we broguht the customer up to date and from there we once again didnt hear anything. Customer didnt have the money to pay balance due and explained he was going through a lot and just to make this clear we serviced ****************************** ex husbands move. So foward after that last communication Mr.*************** explained to ** "Moving Solutions" he would get a loan from his bank to pay for his balance due at the delivery. The payment was made everything was arranged and the balance due on storage as well. Once the move was in CA Mr.********************; went under the tractor trailer and we had to call the police because we were explaining to him he needed a shuttle or needed to get his own small truck to put the delivery as per the fact that the tractor trailer couldnt make it to his home. ********* was a chaos we had to leave not being abole to complete the move. The items were placed in storage and once again the radio silence began with no communication what so ever we were paying for a storage for months. We communicated again and MR.********************; said to throw his items out and hes done with trying to get this done. As of right now its 2023 we have no communication with our customer and everything has stayed as is.

      NO! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I have never been under so much stress in my life! They do not keep in touch with you when they do they're trying to get you to make the payments otherwise you will not hear back from them. They do business with "The Moving Grid" also called "Moving Relocation Transportation, LLC". They have a DOT and MC number and are classified as "Authorized", however, they will literally hold onto your stuff and will email you the expected delivery date at the bottom of the page and then change it! Customer Service is the worst, especially for some girl named *****! Please save yourself the stress and DO NOT do business with them.I am usually not one to leave reviews, but I have never experienced such horrible business in my life. I hate that this is at my expense but I just want to save you the time, energy, and money that this company will put you through if you use their services.

      Worse moving company ever! They demanded ** to pay them in full before they would move our belongings out of their ** warehouse and our belongings are still not here and that was 2 weeks ago and it's now August 2 2022 and they picked our things up July 15th 2022! And the agreement was that they would get first payment at pick second payment before leaving ** and third payment at delivery, which did not happen at all! Now they are fully paid sitting on our belongings that should have been in my house before they were fully paid! They are a bunch of scam artists!
