    The customer service after the fact is terrible. There was nothing wrong with the rug that I received, just the colors didn't quite work in my room. I have to raise 2 separate return requests, one each for the rug and the rug pad, costing me two separate return fees. Not sure any math can make that make sense for items that were shipped to me together in one box? That also leaves the **** of managing the packaging for the rug pad on me. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional process. I was initially thinking of finding another rug on their website if this one didn't work out. Needless to say, that's not happening now.

    Awful experience from start to finish. My rug came with 10+ stains all over it brand new. And it has not stopped shedding since. I have used a pet tool multiple times across. Its clogged my vacuum cleaner 3 times. It will not stop. It also came late after showing it was in stock, it apparently wasnt. Then my option was a 20% discount or returning the huge rug where they would have to evaluate my claim, so not really a way to guarantee I would get my money back. I also wrote a 1 star review that the filtered on their website and never published. All around do not order from here. World Market has better quality or Ive even had better luck with Amazon rugs.

I have looked over your order and I see the rug was temporarily out of stock when you placed the order. The order was shipped as soon as we got the rug back in stock. I am also very sorry that the rug arrived with stains. This should not have happened and I will alert our ***************** Team to this oversight. As far as the shedding, this is a 100% wool rug, and wool rugs commonly shed throughout the lifetime of the rug. The shedding is always worst in the first couple of weeks, but it will reduce over time. You can reduce the shedding be using a lower suction setting on your vaccum and raising or removing the beater bar.     Quality of customer service was good. Expected that much when you pay this much for a rug but the packaging was terrible. They just threw a $500 area rug in a box. No plastic to protect it from the weather. I would be very upset if it had been raining the day of delivery. Rug would have been ruined. ***** packaging would go a long way.

    I ordered 3 rugs and pads- rugs were the cheapest quality I have bought. The rug was shipped folded in half and there was no good way to get cresses out. They wanted $65.00 to return

    Terrible experience. I ordered a charcoal grey rug and received a blue one. The rug is also very thin and looks cheap. I had to pay a $35 return fee plus ***** shipping cost. I will never do business with them again. **************** *****.

I have looked over everything and from the information that we have, the rug you received is the correct one. The images we showcase online are the most accurate visuals possible. Please remember that color variances may occur depending on different factors -- the brightness settings of a computer, cellphone, or tablet, for example. This is an unfortunate limitation of color displays that we continue to try to manage.The rug that you ordered is called "Charcoal" but there are also blues mixed into the grey color. It will also depend on lighting, since some light will make the blue color more prominent. Our team will be reaching out shortly to follow up on your return.     Order RUSA892434 They shipped me the wrong rug, and still haven't sent me the TWO rugs I ordered. I've sent them pictures of the incorrect product, the packing slip and everything to prove they sent the wrong item. It's been over a week and they still don't understand their mistake and haven't shipped the correct items nor have they attempted to refund my money.I've spoken with 5 different employees and no one was helpful. I'm not sure I'll get my product, or my money back. I think this company may be a scam.

    Terrible site! Would NOT recommed using it at all. I ordered a rug and pad, they shipped the pad quickly but the rug was never shipped after a month. Talked to customer service they just kept deflating it and now they said it's pending restock without an actual date. Their business model is probably just trying to sell you the pad and wait for you to cancel the order on rugs.

    The rug is not colored like the picture. It has white lines through it like it was made on a bad copier. Also, it is not 8x10 as advertised, it is several inches short.

    ******** company with false advertising regarding their return policy! They advertise easy returns and it wasn't even close. It tooks them days to even respond. Spent $60 for rugs and they want $32 to return! Will NEVER buy from them again and will do my best to tell others as well! There

    Bait and Switch! I recently purchased a 6x9 rug and premium pad, on sale. I very quickly received a shipping notification that my order was shipping, they failed to mention that only the rug pad was shipping and not the rug. I got an email two days later informing me that I would be getting a refund for the out of stock rug- then I realized that didnt include the pad. The pad is already in route and they are submitting a request to have it re-routed. If they cant re-route I will have to deal with returning it! So shady, feels like they waited on purpose so I would be pressured to buy a different rug- probably at a higher price point because mine was so discounted on this sale. Stay sharp, shoppers. Also, a note, rugs USA comes up when you ****** Ruggable- I literally thought I was buying from the Ruggable site because of how similarly rugs USA site now is to theirs.
