    bought a $50 rug that I did not end up liking. I knew before hand I would have to pay for return shipping... and when I started my return the shipping cost was $25... such a waste of money to even return it. I will never purchase a rug from here again. it is thin and cheap looking.

    similar to others below, really, really terrible customer service. emailed them 2x w/ a simple question (whether it's okay to wash my purchased rug in a 3.3 cu.ft. washer), no actual reply - they (****** * *** ****** *) simply recopied the email and sent it back. no response whatsoever. would definitely NOT recommend rugs usa. rug itself also pretty poor quality. and the Chat tool they claim to have on website also actually not real! crazy how they can get away w/ all of this, super sketchy and scary.

    The absolutely worst company. I have ordered rugs from them twice back to back without waiting for the first to arrive. I received the first rug that was supposed to be dark beige the rug is grey. I have called and they stated I needed that they have different color variances. Being that the rug was so cheap and it shows I didnt go with the hassle of paying their return fee. Let me say I clearly looked at every review of the rug I purchased to choose the correct color based on the websites pictures and the customer reviews. Absolutely was sent the wrong rug. Next I paid for next day shipping for a rug not waiting to unroll the first one or I would have never ordered from this company! I followed the instructions about next day shipping by making sure my rug was in stock and placing the order before noon. Well its been a week and no rug. Ive called numerous times with no solid response. They have apologized and offered to send me a refund for the shipping. Thats it. No idea of when my rug will arrive and no response back Rugs Usa. I have asked to be sent emails of the conversations and not one has been sent!! Absolutely horrible customer service!! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET YOURSELF A RUG FROM YOUR LOCAL STORE OR A WELL KNOWN REPUTABLE COMPANY. Its not worth the headache!! STILL NO RUG!

    Their return policy is awful. I initiated a return within the 30-day timeframe, and a screen showed up indicating an unusual length of time before getting the return label. No confirmation email was sent. I assumed it would show up within the indicated timeframe, and it didn't. Now I am out of the timeframe, and they did agree to comp the outside of the timeframe window during my first call today and to send the ***** return label within 30 min - 1 hr. 2 hours later, I needed to contact them, having not received it. I would only buy a product from here if you are 100% sure.

    Purchased a stain resistant rug a few months ago. The rug started to become discolored in high traffic areas. Contacted customer service regarding their false advertising and CS said the return window has closed and did not offer a resolution for their faulty product.

    The returns are TERRIBLE! I followed the instructions and used the return label that I was given (via my online chat to initiate my return). The company received my items (via ****** 5 days after they sent me the label. I was told I would have my refund 3-7 business days after the items were returned. After 2 MONTHS, I finally followed up with them about my refund. After a few basic questions, they processed "an urgent refund for the inconvenience." When I expressed my disappointment with the company and the return process and I was told that "the back office team created that label" and "we are unable to process the return on the website." I feel that I did not reached out to them in concern, I would have never received any money back. I will never again order from this company!

    Very dishonest company. I ordered a 9x12 ************************* Abstract Mural rug on 6/25/24. Upon receiving the rug, I thought that I had been shipped the wrong rug. I reached out to customer service. First they tried to say that I was sending in pictures of the wrong rug and tag. I had to explain that I in fact was sending pictures of the rug I received and the tag that was attached. The customer service rep then turned it around by saying upon his further inspection, he deemed that the rug I received was what I ordered. The rug I ordered was to be various shade of brown. The rug I received was crme with hits of red, orange, blue, and green with a splash of brown. He then proceeded to tell me that if I was not happy with the rug that I could return it, but that I was responsible for paying the return shipping fee... So not only are their rugs deceiving, but their custom service blows.

    Ordered a back ordered rug, and was quoted a particular date range. This date was then pushed back by a month, during which we moved. Rugs USA refused to update the address to reflect the new address.

When items are out of stock, the ship date provided is an estimate, based on when we anticipate getting the item from our manufacturers. Unfortunately, it looks like the shipment was delayed getting to our warehouse, but we have received a shipment and are hoping to get it inspected, put away, and all open orders shipped by the end of the week or early next week. I will email you privately once I hear back from our warehouse about when your order is expected to ship. Regarding the address, we will attempt to get the address changed before the order ships, but if we aren't able to correct it before shipping, we will contact ***** to correct the address.     No regard for their customers. Zero stars. Ordered rug and pad combo. Pad stuck out 3/4 inch on either side of the rugs width. Called customer service, was told this was totally normal and some customers even prefer the pad to stick out from under the rug. I asked why and the only response I received was preference. The good news is I, the customer could easily cut the excess off. Luckily for me I have the hand mobility, tools, and space to cut it. They do not care about their customers. Imagine buying an extra small T-shirt that touches the floor and being told, its ok, you could easily hem it yourself! As if thats an added benefit of customization. Ridiculous.

    Items are not as described shady return policy. Ordered an orange rug received a pink rug, pad does not fit the rug as well. Now I cant even return the item without paying an arm and leg. The company wants you to pay two separate returns while when order was placed there was one purchase.
