    I received my rug today and was so excited to have with my new beige furniture. I purchase the "beige coco" trellis wool rug. I am so disappointed! This rug has blue green tones throughout. Never will I ever order another rug on line.

    Stay away from RUGSUSA and do not purchase insurance from their insurance company MULBERRY.I have purchased 3 rugs from RUGTUGSUSA over the past several years.One of these rugs was a $150.00 8 ft by 10 ft outdoor rug. I purchased this rug 2 years ago and also I purchased from their insurance company a 5 year insurance policy.Bottom line, the rug is falling apart on the edges. I called RugsUSA and they brushed me off. Told me they are not responsible for the manufactures defects. Told me to contact their insurance company-- Mulberry. They told me their policy did not include manufacturers defects- Not true. After threatening them I would leave negative feedback on the internet they agreed to pay me. I submitted the claim on March 4th and they have kept stalling me. The earliest they will pay me will be 3-4 more weeks. 5 WEEKS AFTER SUBMITTING THE CLAIM.I told them to keep their money. I realize I will never see it.

    We were so excited to get a washable rug. Unfortunately we didn't wash it within the first ********************************************************************** multiple places. Rugs USA declined to make it better because it was outside the 30 day window. They offered a discount on a future purchase, but we won't make additional purchases from a company that doesn't support their products. Disappointing.

    This website is a scam, on Black Friday they had buy one get one 50%. So I bought 2, they sent me the one that was charged at full price and never sent me the second discounted one. I reached out after a month of waiting, again I did not them !. They informed the rug was out of stock and had the choice of waiting 3-6 months, I agreed. After waiting 3 months they reached and now informed me Im unable to get the second rug at all, and are only offering 15% off for another rug. Which is essentially a buy one get one 15%, which I never agreed to when I bought the first rug at full price. So ****** learned do not buy from this company they will steal from you.

    Terrible company . Not good quality and there easy return policy cost you a lot of money !!. They take a percentage for restock. I ordered 2 rugs and 2 pads they charged for each one

    The ****** seemed appealing to me so we purchased a couple rugs to coordinate in our home. They were horrible, didn't lay flat, and were not comfortable to touch. I knew there was some type of return policy with a percentage off, but it ended up being over $200 (210.14 to be exact). Save your money. Amazon ended up fulfilling our rug needs (better quality, comfortably, and beautifully for less than half the price, including the return fee!) I would deter anyone ordering rugs from ordering them from here.

    My rug was 3 inches shorter than it said online and the customer rep said thats normal. Our measurements are estimates and gave me a $9 discount... Isnt that false advertising?

    I've ordered a bunch of times and each time had a great experience. I've had to return 1 rug in the past and the return fee was $12. Annoying, but not awful. The rugs hold up great and you can't beat the prices.

    Absolute worst quality rugs I have ever ordered. They never laid flat from the beginning as they are shipped completely folded up. A couple months after purchase we tried cleaning a spot out of one of the rugs and that area now has a permanent hump in that area. Reached out to their support team and they would not do anything about a return since it was outside of their 30 day window. Very unhappy with the process from start to finish. I will never purchase anything from them ever again!

    I ordered a washable **** rug and pad. The rug was supposed to be a mink color. What I got was something like a sherpa-like blanket that had a washable backing. It was more a blanket than a rug. The pad was very thin and cheap. The quality was very poor. Several issues with my attempt to return - 1 - shipping fees required for return; 2 - restocking fees (without disclosure of how much the fees would be); 3 - delays in email communication; 4 - failure to answer questions in emails - pointing to ambiguous policies that I'd already read on their website. All this reflects an attitude of profit over customer satisfaction at the customer's expense. My customer experience felt like bait and switch. The photo is not what I got. Disappointed. I wasted my money. I wouldn't have purchased this at all if I'd seen it first.
