      I only wanted to see the prices and assortment of products. I did not expect this scammy, predatory service to start charging me 1t 3:30 in the morning. I even went and removed all the products from basket once and now it is still being sent.I should have seen a big red flag when I had to enter my credit card only to check prices.I want my money back and I will dispute charges if I dont.

      My first order from Misfits was only partially delivered. I reached out to customer service on their app and its been several days since I have heard a response.I hate that Ive spent money on something that will never show up and I dont know if Ill ever get it back. It is extremely frustrating to not feel like there is no one caring for customer issues.

      My order was cancelled with no explanation. I have reached out to them multiple times and never gotten a response. There is no way to contact them other than through their support page by sending a message

      I was looking at the services provided by Misfits Market and I unknowingly became subscribed to their service. I only realized it when I saw I was billed for the service. I want to cancel but I am unable to login to my account without resetting my password and they require a code to do that. However, they have not sent the code to my email and I have requested the code multiple times. Furthermore, the only way to contact them is through an email form and they never respond to the email forms that are sent to them. Essentially there is no way to contact them to get it resolved.

      Terrible company. They auto ship orders without your knowledge. I never completed my order when I was looking to see what prices were. They just chatg3d me and are sending a bunch of s*** I dont want or can't eat. Then you can't reach an actual person. They trick poor people and just drained my bank account. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

      paid for a subscription to browse site. never authorized a delivery but was charged almost 300 dollars for a delivery. they said "since shopping window is closed they cannot cancel order and refund even though order hasn't shipped.

      i see an ad for this company on you tube it looked interesting so i clicked on it .i wanted to browse their website to see what they had and the cost for their products well you can't do that they wany all your info and want you to join ****** it says is free to join i didn't see anything i thought was a deal or great buyso i clicked out now i find they are trying to charge my credit card somewhere aroud 70 dolars for joining so i take this as just another scam

      While looking at my AmEx bill I saw a charge from Misfit Markets. There was a charge of $70+ from them on my bill. The phone number for Misfit Markts on my bill did not work - immediately dropped the call. Called ****, filed a dispute, and they are sending me a new card. The package arrived today full of item I NEVER purchase at my local store. There is food for a family of 5. It is my husband and I - there is no way we could eat all this food!!! There is no phone number or email for customer service. There is no way for me to contact them. Shady operation. There are no supporting documents. No confirmation email, no shipping information, no tracking information.

      I am rejecting this response because:



      Misfits does NOT make it clear whether a customer is browsing or placing an order.

      I went to the website to compare the prices to a local market. The prices could not compete. I did not know I was placing an order. No where on the website is it CLEARLY marked that my credit card was being charged or that I was agreeing to place an order. There were items in the order I would never have purchased with them or any local market. ???

      In doing research about Misfits as a company, there are many websites with customers that are not happy with their way of doing business. No phone number or email address is posted. It is not transparent in how and when an order is actually placed. Businesses today send shipping and tracking information. They also send an email when the order is placed and the amount charged on the credit card - a receipt. But Misfits does not. I found out the charge on my monthly statement. I didn’t know a shipment was sent until it was delivered. I was unable to attach two photos of the box showing its condition upon arrival. Yet another reason for a negative review and claim. 

      I do 90-95% of my shopping online. This is the only time placing an order has been less than straightforward.

      I was charged for a box that I didnt know I was ordering. I was reviewing the options and picked some items but once I got to the end I wasnt happy with the prices or the selection so I didnt compete the order or so I thought. I also removed my payment info just to avoid any mishaps. This company then sent me an email that said finish your sign up which suggested that I didnt complete it as I hadnt planned to. Than at 3:14 in the morning on 6/3/25 I received an email that said youre charged and if you no longer see the cancel button then its too late. This should be considered a crime because they intentionally take your payment info first to sign up just to see what they offer and then its deceiving when you think your just window shopping only to be charged for items you did not confirm you wanted. Then on top of that they throw in a tip charge .
