      I had opened an account with ********************** about two weeks ago. I tried to cancel the account by following their instructions on how to do so. I then followed this with a message through their Contact Us page to be sure my cancellation was done. I received an email at 5 a.m. this morning that an order had been placed for delivery to me for their products. Any and all orders were cancelled at the time of account cancellation. I have made 5 attempts to reach their customer service through their Contact Us page and email to rectify this but there has been no response.       A few days ago I was attempting to window shop on misfits market's website and they asked for my card information. I did submit my card information because it specifically said that "i would not he charged unless I placed an order". I did not like the pricing or the products so after looking at the options, I looked elsewhere. UNEXPECTEDLY on 05/31 I was charged $111 for an ordee I did not place and DO NOT WANT. I did not submit this order and I did not authorize them to charge my card.

      My card was charged at 3 in the morning while I was SLEEPING. There is no reason a business based solely online should not have a contact phone number. There were no messages sent in attempt to confirm the items in my order prior to being charged. I have already canceled my subscription. Tried resolving my issues online and the website told me that there is a cancel button that I should be able to find under the my orders tab but it is only available for a short period of time??? I look less than 3hours after they charged my card and there was no cancel button??

      We're so sorry to hear that happened. Every week, Misfits Market curates a box for you and you're welcome to skip, customize, or leave it as is. So long as orders are skipped before the shopping window closes, you won't be charged. It looks like this order was left as is, which is why it went through as scheduled. We outline our subscription during the sign-up process as well as in the "Welcome" email. We'll also send emails and texts to remind folks to customize.

      Taking a look at your account history we see that our ************* Team responded to your email three hours after it came in.       Curious about, signed up, regret having provided a payment method. Within a day, decided against using Misfits Market. Logged back into site, requested a cancellation of plan. System appeared to accept. 5/25/25, I see a debit in my checking account for *****. Furious, I logged back into Misfits Market. Cancelled again, message displayed: Your Plan Is Currently Cancelled. The initial time I signed up, quickly canceled was over 2 weeks ago. I wrote to them again, asking, don't need to go to my bank to be issued a new card to avoid this in the future. These people, this website are dishonest.

      I just received a box from misfit today, May *******. I know last week I was only checking out their website but I didn't go thru with it coz I noticed their prices are higher than local stores and ******. So I forget about it. Next thing I know today I have a box delivered to me. I did not open the box. I tried to find out how I can contact them directly, they don't have a phone number. I did not authorized this. I want my refund! And info where I can return this product before it get's spoiled.

      This company is engaging in false advertising and fraudulent billing practices.They populated my cart and sent me goods I didn't order and didn't want, and then demanded payment because I did not "cancel" within a time-period they set, and which I could not control. When I contacted them to cancel the shipment, they refused to do so.Their website falsely advertises that they are gathering and providing not-quite-perfect, farm produce for sale in order to reduce food waste and promote healthy eating, but the items they put in my cart this week included a number of pre-packaged, manufactured sweets and candies.These are not whole foods and do not grow on trees. I do not eat these sweets, I do not know anyone who eats these sweets, and there is no food donation box nearby to pass these sweets on to others. Further, the unwanted items arrived in wet and filthy packaging and needed to be discarded, leading to more waste!

      Approx. 2 months ago I canceled my subscription with Misfits. They sent a box. I notified them again about the cancelation.I moved from my address in *******, ** on April ******. My move was the reason I canceled my subscription. I don't know who those boxes were delivered to or what became of them. Now a box is being delivered today. I am currently in the hospital & can't do a whole lot of communicating but I need this issue resolved quickly. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I FEEL THEY ARE DECEPTIVE IN MANY WAYS.

      Misfits Market charged me around 3 AM on an order I did not want. There is no such thing as window shopping on their website. If you put things in your cart, you will be charged for it and they will not send you any cart reminders before charging your card. Instead, they'll charge you so early in the morning that most people won't even have the option to cancel the order before it is processed. Not only did I not really want this order, it is being shipped to the wrong address. I have been trying to contact Misfits Market all morning to correct this, but the only way they will contact you is through an online comment form. They promise they'll get back to you soon. Being that an address change is a time sensitive matter and being told they'll get back to you "soon" I would have expected a response by now. Nothing. I tried their chat, which is just a route to their online comment form. I also tried contacting them via ******** and Instagram. I received the same automated message on each and am still waiting on someone from customer service to contact me. At this point just cancel the order, give me my money back, and cancel my account and remove all of my data from your server so you can never charge me again. ****************.

      I inquired about their company. They have you fill out a survey to see what food would best suit you. Ex: vegan,Gluten free etc. I did that but the only way to get the suggestions was to put in your credit card information. I did that And I got my survey results. I was ill For a few days and did not open my emails. On Sunday May 4, 2025 I opened my emails and found that they had shipped me my first Box and charged my credit card! I DID NOT authorize this charge. I sent an email. Have not heard from them. They have NO telephone service. Everything is done by chat or email. Some of the items they suggested is artichokes. I DO NOT like them and would never order them. I feel this falls under Deceptive Trade Practices and is a complete scam.

      I tried to sign up to browse the prices, but without even completing the sign up I was charged for an order I did not place. I dont know how they got all of my information and I do not want the order they charged me for. I dont have a password to have an account to get into. I want a refund and for the order to be canceled.

      I did not place an order to this business. And I did not complete signup. They created a cart and charged my card with out my knowing. I never made an account or signed up for the subscription they claimed I chose to pay for. They charged a card I dont even frequently use.
