      For supposedly being installed by professionals, there are few items that I feel do not show this professionalism. All around the house after the installation, there were pieces of metal and mini screws, including some in the driveway, damage to my siding in many places as they tore off the existing downspouts. Speed was much more important than quality of installation. The metal flashing that was put underneath the gutters was not properly fasten down in a few spots. The quality certainly does not reflect the price I paid!

Normally, our installers are extremely professional and go over your yard with a magnet to pick up any screws and look for extraneous metal pieces from the fabrication.       I had the LeafGuard product placed all around my house in 2007 in ********, ********. I received a guarantee/warranty that they would provide one free gutter cleaning every year. When I called last month (July 2023) to request a cleaning, I was told that LeafGuard was allied with *************** in 2007 but that those two entities split apart and are now competitors locally. I then had difficulty getting either entity to help (and not point the finger at the other). Finally a cleaning visit was scheduled, but the two men refused to clean part of the gutter system, saying that that had not been done by "them". I assured them that it HAD and that I had full documentation that I would be happy to show them. In a **** they took off. I have left messages on multiple numbers for the two people involved in setting up the cleaning appointment. They are not calling me back. I have spoken with the national call center. No resolution so far.

      I had hoped there was a choice for no stars. ******* that came to our house was a high pressure, disrespectful salesman. My husband is 76 years old and he was talked to like he was a child. I interrupted him and asked him to be more respectful and not rude. Please DO NOT do business with this company. ******* told us that they had an A+ rating with BBB. In fact, the reviews show a **** star rating. That should certainly speak volumes.

      On August 23, 2023 a representative came to my elderly mother's home to give her a quote on gutters. I could not be there during the presentation and initial quote so my fianc went to be there for my mom. The rep inquired about the identity of my fianc which was none of her business. After an ****** long presentation on her ipad, the rep quoted my mother $12,000 for two straight gutters with downs spout on a **** square foot house. My mom said it was too much. The rep then proceeded to talk about discounts which brought the price down to $11,000. My mom said still not interested but the rep would not leave. She kept saying she had been asked to come and was trying to help. The rep was on the phone with someone higher up the chain the entire time. I got a text from my fianc when I got off work asking me to come right away. When I arrived, I discovered my mom was not interested in this crazy high price product. I asked her directly, right in front of the rep, if she wanted these gutters and my mom said she did not. I then told the rep she needed to leave. The rep continued to sit there and say she had been invited and was just trying to help. My mom, my fianc and myself asked her nicely to leave but she kept sitting. We then told her we would call the sheriff's department and have her escorted off the property if she did not leave. At that point she finally packed up her samples and left in a ****. My mom is elderly and on fixed income. I shudder to think what would have happened had my fianc and I not been available to provide support to her. Pressure selling to the elderly is criminal in my opinion.

      I have never been more disappointed in a product in my life! A friend came over and asked if I would recommend leafguard gutters to them. I told them absolutely not. I live in **** where there's not a lot of rain and when it did rain I have leaks and the company have not fixed it. They told me that the guy that installed my rain gutters didn't work there anymore and that my gutters need to be replaced because he did it wrong. They did not replace my gutters. They did some patch jobs but it still isn't carrying the rain away. The whole reason that you have rain gutters right? I would not do this again. It's supposed to be a lifetime warranty that goes with your house. But I can't get them to come back and fix what's wrong now.

      Horrible customer service . I had ********************** before and then tree hit and damaged them, was going to buy new gutters but no call back after several attempts and then got through and made appointment and they never showed or called. Really terrible company! DO NOT GO WITH THEM!

      they said in their adverisement that for listening to their 90 minute presentation, i will get 50dollar **** gift card, they never fulfilled their promise even after severral messages to their supervisor

      This is the WORST Leaf Guard ever!! If your looking for employment DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY !! Even if your looking for gutters , go somewhere else . They over charge and do a crappy job . ***** NEEDS TO BE FIRED !!! And ****** !!! ***** does NOTHING but sit on his **** and lets his employees do all his work . He allows certain employees ( ****** ) to talk to employees with such disrespect ! His *************************** is a *********** so he gives all the easy drops to him and makes the other driver do all the hard work . The work trucks ALWAYS break down and instead of getting them fixed ***** just finds a way to make it work so they can get the money for doing the job . He is RARELY there and doesnt assist his employees at all !! Doesnt even answer the phone ! Its a bunch of favoritism going on and HR NEEDS TO STEP IN BEFORE THEY LOSE ANOTHER BRANCH BECAUSE OF ****** ACTIONS !!!! DO NOT GET GUTTER FROM THIS LOCATION! They are unorganized and super unprofessional!!! ***** will do anything to make a sell and cover his **** even if it means stepping on his employees to do it ! Besides his brother and ****** of course!!! Make WOLF the ** again !! Hes the only one who actually cares and gets the job done CORRECTLY! Same with **** , ****** , ***** , **** and **** !

      Had a LeafGuard sales representative come out to give estimate yesterday (July 12, 2023.) Talked for two hours - banged our dining room table several times with his display products. My husband asked him to be carful several times. He was a typical fast talking, making outrageous claims, (one being that BBB can be paid off), condescending and RUDE, at end of spiel he said (of course) price is only good if we order right now-today. He mentioned a a Senior discount and Veteran discount but would not tell us what is was. I told him we wanted a day to think about it and I to discuss. He started getting defensive and conversation went downhill from there. I walked out of room, he continued to argue with my husband and when husband asked for bottom line, what is final price, he said he could not give us price without making a phone call first. A few minutes later the exchange escalated to an ugly shouting match, my husband told him to get out of our house! Product may have been great but sales tactics are shady.
