5 stars************************* and ********************* were awesome! They explained everything about leaf guard so good. We look forward to having our leaf guard installed. They were both very professional and know the product well.Review fromClifford C

1 starThis product is not worth considering since I had these installed I have had one issue after another, bug clean out leaking (actually flowing out water), over flowing of water along an 8 foot section in front and back of house, leaking water behind the facia (installed incorrectly), Shingles push-up about 4 inches for them to get a down **** slope. Causing leaking under the shingles. Plus much more issues. I have pictures of these problems and would gladly send them to anyone. They (customer service repair) have been to my home 6 times to fix things and it is not working, problems are worse. Sales person (MC) promised if I am not satisfied they would remove them. Well. He lied. Will not talk to me. For what I paid only remedy is a law suite.Review fromRandal E

1 starAwful, overpriced and they don't deliver on promises.I was told I needed two downspouts for 32 ft worth of roof line. That's ok with me, I have foundation issues due to only having one downspout so water collects on the foundation. THREE different people tell me it's possible, when the installation team is done and leaving, there is only one downspout. He says "sorry it's not possible with the pitch of the roof."After complaining that my foundation issues are not fixed, they promised to come back out and install a 2nd downspout. After showing up 3 hours late, all they did was install a downspout extension (which I had already done) and left without even speaking to me. Over priced and awful ethics.Review fromMartin E

1 starWe bought a house with LeafGuard already installed for most of the roof. While the warranty is transferrable, its also quite useless as all it covers is effectively clogging. Here someone will show up with a little tool to clear out leaves but the mud and dirt remains. It supposedly gets 'washed out'. Any other issues incl. a very common one with LeafGuard like mold build up is not covered. We asked for a proposal to have the system installed on a new roof we put above our deck and got a quote that was almost $10k for less than 60ft. That is beyond excessive and is outright criminal in my view. I strongly recommend to not do business with this company.Review fromTom M

1 starThe entire presentation was presented with a sales transcript chalked full of leading questions designed to verbally confirm LeafGuard as the best alternative with all other options being faulty. From the outset, I made it clear that I had the 45 minutes the sales rep stated we needed, but that I am just in the research mode of collecting bids to review and that I was not done with that process with LeafGuard. After the entire presentation I was pressured to make a decision "today" as that price would not be available again. When I reminded the sales rep that I was still obtaining bids to review with my wife, I was sarcastically asked, "so you don't want the discounts offered today and want to pay full retail?". He promised he would e-mail me the bid, which he never did. This company must have the same playbook used by the timeshare industry. The most unethical issue I had, aside from being told the ************************* requires" today only discounts, was when the salesman pulled out a list of "referral names", called a number, got an answering machine, left no message, and then in 30 minutes offered me a discount for talking to a previous customer!Whether or not the product is a viable option or not, I will never know as I refuse to be treated in such manner and bullied into a spontaneous decision. While some might be willing to cut a check or agree to a loan for a $17,000 project, I am not that guy.*************************, Ed.D.Review fromArthur D

1 starI had Leaf Guard installed on my home in 2009. It is now 2022 and the aluminum gutters are eroding to the point water is weeping out the bottom of the gutters. I contacted Leaf Guard regarding the degradation of their product and was informed materials are not covered under their guarantee. All repairs are at the expense of the purchaser. When the system works it is wonderful. When it does not work, the purchaser is an island unto himself and must absorb all costs for repair. As a consumer you have choices. Be responsible, do your research and determine, on your own, is Leaf Guard the best choice for you? As you see from this review, I purchased in 2009 and problems arose in 2022. The lifetime guarantee is for water flow, no clog, not materials and workmanship. All I ask is "Are you making a wise choice"?Review fromTaylor W

1 star??? A COMPLETE SHAM!! BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. THEY CAME TO MY HOME, SPENT 2 HOURS MEASURING, EXPLAINING, SHOWING PRODUCT SAMPLES, AND THEN DIDN'T HONOR THEIR TV PROMOTIONS! WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! ????????Review fromScott D.

1 starHad gutters installed for a pretty *****, and all because of issues highlighted by the sales person, especially the water between the gutters and the house. Something LeafGuard would remedy. Well, 9 months later, still a problem, Also found out that homes with metal roofs don't need gutters. Something that of course the salesperson never mentioned in fleecing us. Do not believe the prices you see on line, they aren't even close to the 5 figure plus cost you will take on. Oh, and I didn't even start on the cleanup of screws and metal that I cleaned up after they left. I would never recommend this company.Review fromMichelle J

1 starThe salesmanship of this company is horrific. I informed the salesman 1hr and 15min into the demo that I had to be somewhere in 20min. After spending 1.5hrs listening to the demo, he asked me if anything aside from the price was keeping me from purchasing the product that day. I told him I would not be agreeing to purchase that day . He spoke some more & then asked the same question. I relayed the same ****** **** told me that the price would be different tomorrow or a week from now so the price wouldn't matter if I wasn't buying that day. I again asked for the price. He got on the phone & called his manager, starting the conversation by saying "we're not meeting on price". He hadn't even given me a price, so how are we not meeting on price? He then got flustered & told his manager he would call back in five minutes. He tried to pull something up on his iPad, but was unsuccessful. I said that's fine, you can just email me the estimate. I verified he had my email. I then asked for a business card or pamphlet, neither of which he had. I asked how I could get in touch with him & then I said "oh, you're emailing me the estimate so I'll have your email." He then left. I called the 800 number the next day after still not receiving an estimate. His manager then called & said they would have to send him out to complete the presentation. No, he completed the 1.5hr presentation. I simply need the estimate. Well, he will have to come out for 20-30min & give you that in person. Email it to me or give it to me over the phone. I do not want anyone back to my house (aside from the fact that the guy drove 1-1.5hrs to get to my house). It was explained to me that as a company, they don't provide estimates via email or phone. It has to be in person. He told me he would check with his superior to see if they could provide it via email or phone this time. 3 days later, I've heard nothing. Any company that won't provide a written estimate is a scam. Zero starsReview fromDenise S

1 starThis is a very expensive system that says you don't have to get up on a ladder anymore. This is not true. Also my gutter has an awful leak after spending big money on the system my gutter is worse than when I started. I do not recommend Leaf Guard.
