      ****** get a response to settle an issue with a contract. Called to delay the install for several months due to other work needing to be done. Cost of the work will delay gutters. No schedule date on contract, called the dated day of contract to cancel and have them not debit the down payment. I was told they would. They charged me several days after that date. Put a hold on it at the bank and after 2 calls still get no return calls to fix the issue. The contract is invalid anyway as it was dated 2021 but signed in 2022.

      Scheduled an appointment with Leaf Guard. *** came out pretty much on time and date they scheduled. He was friendly (so I thought) and said he needed to go around my house taking videos connected to a long pole and it would take about 30 minutes. So I said no problem and just knock on my door when you're done.Second part of the story (this is where all h*** breaks loose). He comes in with his demonstration bags and proceeds to show me the video he took of my gutters and everything wrong with them. Remind you the house is newly built and just passed inspection from the village and a private inspector I hired. He then discusses every other product out there and everything wrong with them. At this point (an hour or so in), I tell him my son has an appointment I need to get to and just tell me the price (price for whole house and price for just the garage part since that is where most of my leaves collect). He says he will be quick (which was a total lie). *inally, he tells me a price of $22k for the entire house but if I sign today, he can drop it to $16k. I told him I'd have to think about it and talk to my wife about it. This is where his used car salesman ego/personality kick in and starts getting cocky and smart mouthing me. He proceeds to ask me what it will take to sign on today and I said that was CRAZY price and no way I'd proceed. He now has to call his "boss" which I think he wasn't even talking to anyone on the other end. I kept trying to listen to see if anyone was on the other line and I couldn't hear anyone. Also at one point, he put the phone down and I saw the calculator screen on his phone. Total BSing with me. He asks me if I'm military and wouldn't mind putting a "Leaf Guard" sign in my yard. He gets the price down a few thousand more. *inally I told him I just want a quote on my garage and he refused to give me that quote. Basically, used car salesman kept laughing in my face and I told him to get the * out of my house.

      Short version: the rep that showed up for our appointment to give an estimate refused to provide me that estimate unless my husband was present.Long version: My mother owns a home that we (my husband and I) currently live in, and she asked me to gather estimates for a gutter repair/replacement as we have a sagging gutter on the front of the house. I had my husband schedule it, but as he was tied up with work I was the one to meet with the LeafGuard rep.The rep was immediately condescending, and asked for my husband. I explained why he wouldnt be joining us, explained our reason for our inquiry and showed him the gutter system in the back of the house as well. He pointed out to me all the damage he could see - as any salesman would - but when I asked for the estimate, he asked when my husband would be available. I advised he wouldnt be, and that he can give the estimate to me. He refused, and suggested we reschedule so my husband could be present as its his house too, right? At this point I started leading him off the property and told him there would be no rescheduling, so this was his only opportunity to put in a bid for our business, as we have already secured estimates from other companies. He refused, and again said he couldnt help me without the man present. I sent him off my property.This misogynistic behavior is absolutely unacceptable and everyone should know that this is how I was treated.

      Never received the $100 **** gift card after in home estimate. ******** stated he was not allowed to carry them with them and would send it in the mail. ****************** will not return my phone calls inquiring as to why I have not received the card. Person answering the phone has given me every excuse imaginable.Would not recommend this company!!!

      I made an appointment for them to give an estimate at 9am-They never showed up.They said I didnt confirm appointment but I did.The people at 800 number said they did show it confirmed.I live in ****** and they just didnt want to come out here.Another terrible business.

      Had a rep come out and give me a demo yesterday. It was the most uncomfortable experience ever. He told me how much "damage" my 3 year old siding and gutters had, then there was the astronomical price for their product, and the pressure was unreal to get me to sign the contract and collect the 1/3 rd down. What really costed them my interest is when the guy told me he would "follow me to the bank." They must be exceptionally desperate for work, but that only turns people away.

      DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. I gave them a ****. deposit on Sep 6 2022 cancelled the next morning when I realized they were ***** more then anyone else. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED my refund in addition they cashed the check even though I cancelled. I have been lied to by the ************** office and salesman does not answer my calls. STAY AWAY

      The water goes everywhere but in the gutter I had it installed to keep the water off my ***************** it cost ******* for this for this price it should do its job not worth the money

      Wanted a system that I could "get it and forget it"; that obviously isn't the case. I have had nothing but problems. Someone needs to do something to fix the problem with the clean-out section and the elbows. They leak worse than the cheaper traditional systems. I don't want to have the servicemen come out every few months. I don't even want to give them a 1 star review but I can't post without a star.

      HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THEM OR EVEN ASK THEM FOR A QUOTE. THE ***** PERSON WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INAPPROPRIATE. HAD NO SENSE OF BOUNDARIES AND WAS ASKED TO REMOVE HIMSELF FROM THE PROPERTY. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. UNACCEPTALBLE BEHAVIOR. ALSO IT'S A SHAM. THEY GO FROM GIVING YOU AN ASTRONOMICAL QUOTE TO REDUCING IT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.
