      No stars for this shady $#@ company. They made put something in. Not only did they send out an incompetent fool to fix my is***, they sent the same lame to come BACK out to fix what he messed up. They refuse to cancel my contract and the "head guy" I spoke to was condescending and dismissive. We need to band together and *** the you know what out this so called company. Their customer service is lousy and their contractors are buffoons. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let's put them out of business.

      Company takes your money. Will not cover anything that you had paid for the purpose of the policy. When you ask to cancel the policy, the refuse to allow you to cancel the policy being its passed 30 days since you purchased it and less then 30 days since the policy went into affect. It is not worth spending your money with any Home Warranty companies. This is the second company who found reason not to replace my HVAC unit after I had already paid thousands of dollars in repairs for it. They refuse to cancel the policy upon customer request and refuse to refund any money that you have paid out of pocket for the policy. They also will not take into consideration that when one who looses their employment unexpectedly and cannot afford to put food on the table for their child. Instead they keep reminding you of what is covered if something was to break. Do not waste your money on a Home Warranty policy!!!!!

      They deserve no stars. This company is fraudulent. I contacted them regarding my water heater and they told me they would send out a technician to check it but I had to pay ****** for the inspection. I paid the technician and he said the water heater neded to be replaced. The company tells me the water heater is old and that it was leaking from the bottom and if it had been the turn off valve they would cover it but they would give me ****** for my inconvience and towards a replacement. They never required information on the products I wanted covered when I purchased the warranty 2-3 years ago. I called back on November 2, 2023 and they said I didn't pay for the inspection. I told them I did and they said the technician said I didn't pay. I told them I had my receipt. I called back on November 13th and they said it would take 8 weeks for me to receive the ****** but that my payment was behind by one day and they needed to update my account before they would process it further. I also requested that they cancel my policy and they stated I had to wait until January **** to cancel because I was supposedly on some sort of contract. Please do not purchase a warranty from them, you will be out of money and ultimately have to pay out of pocket for repairs on your "covered" items.

      This comany is a total a total scam. They take your money and do not satsify any claims regardless of the amount. Their customer service is the worst in the industry. The reviews on this site are on target as to the service that this company gives its customers. Please write to the attorney general or *** them in small clains court. They have no right being in business. They are a TOTAL FRAUD!I was preauthorized for three hundred dollars and then was told that my claim was not qualified.Write to every govenment agency like the state attorney general.

      They are the worst. They were suppose send me a reimbursement check and first it was you should receive in 30 days, then it was you should receive in 4 to 6 weeks and now it's been way over two months and still no check. They sure don’t delay in taking my payment..
      I believe a class action lawsuit needs to happen.

Due to unforeseen delays beyond our control, the check was not mailed until 11/30/2023. Our system shows the check was cashed on 12/18/2023 which confirms receipt. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.It's important to note that all claims are handled in accordance with the terms outlined in the Service Agreement, which includes both inclusions and exclusions. While we understand and regret any inconvenience experienced, we must adhere to the terms of the policy.

      Hiring this company was one of the worst decisions I have made in my life. I had a water heater go out but because it rusted out the bottom it wasn't covered. This stipulation was in the contract, but I didn't get the contract until I hired them for $1,600. Now I have a fridge that is not working properly. I Called them in Sept. and have yet to have someone check it out. Each time I have called they told me they are having trouble finding a tech. That $1,600 would have gone a long way to buying a new fridge. The saying "buyer beware" really applies with these people.

      No stars at all. Service is a joke. Everything gets denied or its not completely covered and have to pay out of pocket. Called months ago to cancel. They keep trying to charge my credit card and will not cancel because they say the account is past due. Do not use this service. You will regret it.

      False advertising. Poor customer service. Takes a long time to get a decision about claims. It took over a week to make a decision about my furnace during winter in **. I regret ever signing on to a 3-year agreement.

      It is the worst company, they always have an excuse for not providing the service. They have a perverse contract that if you actually read it, it covers absolutely nothing. They always have a way of evading what they offer. If it was with the refrigerator, they do not cover the ice maker, but if the ice maker is not the problem, then they have another reason to run away in the little letter of the contract. If it was the A/C, they do not cover any repair because it is corroded somewhere, they do not cover the gas, they do not cover failures that have not been caused by weather, if it is a roof leak they do not cover it either because they do not have any contractor avialable two months later. It's a total scam. Furthermore, when you file a claim, they take several weeks to respond and when they do, it is seen that they have sought the tide to evade their responsibility. DO NOT HIRE THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

      THIS BUISNESS IS A RIP OFF. I HAD A PLUMBING ISSUE AND THEY WAITED 4 DAYS TO CONTACT ME BACK THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT FIND A PLUMBER THEY SENT ME A REIMBUSRTMENT FORM AND TOLD ME TO FIND MY OWN PLUMBER. I DID AND BEFORE I LET THE PLUMBER START WORKING I CALLED SERVICE PLUS AND LET HIM SPEAK TO THE PLUMBER THEY TOLD HIM TO COMPLETE THE *** AND SEND THEM A INVOICE. THE AMOUNT WAS ******** WHEN I EMAILED THE INVOICE THEY SAID THEY DENIED MY CLAIM AND REFUSE TO PAY ME. SO I TOLD THEM I NO LONGER NEEDED THERE SERVICES I WANTED TO CANCELL MY CONTRACTBECAUSE THEY DIDN'T STICK TO THE CONTRACT. NOW THEY REFUSE TO CANCELL MY CONTRACT AND REFUSE TO ********* ME MY MONEY FOR THE PLUMBING SERVICES. I'M 62 YRS OLD ON DISABILITY AND A FIXED INCOME AND I HAD TO BORROW THE MONEY. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT STAND UP TO THERE POLICY. ***************** WARRANTY IS A JOKE AND I WANT SOMEONE TO HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK. I STILL HAVE THE INVOICE.
