      I would give them a Minus 10 stars I filed a claim. Service Plush sent me an E-Mail saying call a round find a tech to service your A/C we'll pay 75 dollars. I called back and ask why I should do your job they talked about how busy they are. Got a second E-Mail saying if I find a tech to check A/C and fix A/C they would pay up to ************************************************************ my $600.00 back. Change the company name NO Service plus

      We have been trying to get a remedy since May, 2022. My husband purchased a 5 yr. complete home service contract in September, 2021 paying $1800.00 over a 5 month period. In June our ice maker on our refrigerator broke down so we contacted this company to file a claim & was told we would get a text in 2 days and was told a service contractor would contact us. it took another week or so, so we called the contractor. The contractor came out and said the ice maker had to be repaired & he would order the part. It took another 3 weeks and still nothing happened so we contacted the company and was told it had been denied. We were told our contract didn't cover it. My husband was told it was in our contract, but he never received a contract and was told it was in an E-Mail that he never got. We have been talking to several resolution managers with still no resolution. We asked for a refund numerous times, then they said if we pay $200 more, they would pay the other $200 to cover the cost. We said to send it in writing but as of yet still haven't received a confirmation and still doesn't have our ice maker fixed. They wouldn't give us a full refund even though they were paid in full. They charged about $50 - $60 per month even though we started complaining in May and it is now August. We don't want to deal with an unethical company and we want a refund of our money. We would appreciate any help you can give us. Thank you, **************

      Not even worth 1 star......This company is full of excuses as to why they have not issued my reimbursement check. I have been waiting for over three months for my $315.00 check. Every time I call I get the same scripted statements that they are delayed in the payment department. Every time I have made a claim I have had to fight with them to cover what I paid for. Most of the time they will not dispatch a contractor for weeks making you call one for yourself then they don't want to reimburse you for that cost that they agreed to pay. I am going to go to every ************ site and news outlets to make people aware of this company. I will also be contacting the *** directly as well as filing a small claims case against them just to prove a point!!! It is not ok to run a business like this and defraud the public.Let the bad publicity begin!!!!!

      I have been with Service Plus for about one year, my advice too you would be to run run run , this company takes your money each month , but when you need service they give you the run around . i called them back in April '22 because my garage door stop opening. After about 2 weeks they claim they could not get a service person in my area . They ask me to get a person to fix my door ,and they would reinburse me .my door needed a new garage door opener, that would cost me $425.0.00 . when i sent the price in they told me it was too much , and said they would only send me ****** . After many phone calls a person named Bre agreed to reimburse me $250.00 I been waiting on the 250..00 since April and every time i call i can not speak too the supervisor. Haven't got my money yet. . DONOT spend your money or time with this company. THEY ARE A SCAM AND NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS

      Twice my a/c stopped working. Twice my claims were denied. My recent claim was not responded in a timely manner by service plus so I had to call an A/C company due to current heat wave in south *****. I had to pay for service upfront. Later, I got a call from service plus telling me to get my own service company and have them call them for authorization. Then, a resolution rep called me and when I explained the situation, he said not to worry, to submit a reimbursement claim. He said he would make a note on my claim. Now, I get a refusal to reimburse with the same excuse, the break down was not wear and tear. The break down was a capacitor that wore out and a broken relay contact. This is the 2nd time an A/C breakdown has been denied. This company in my opinion is a scam. At the moment I've been put on hold for the last 30 minutes. They will not respond especially if a customer files a claim. BEWARE!

      I bought this home warranty company back in August 2019, nothing but problems. In 2020 we had covid problems in ******* no wanted to or could work, so that was a problem getting techs out to fix any kind of issues, The salesman that sold me the policy, five year and get the sixth year free, yeah free allright, you get any techs to come out. This last and current issue is for my clothes dryer, called them on Sunday July 17***** of course it does not count untill Monday July 18 ***** they tell me the tech will be here in ***** hours. I've called very day since and I get the same story, they putting service out to techs and no one getting back to them. It is now two weeks, and I am no closer to getting my dryer serviced than when I called on day one, HELP....HELP!!!!!!!!!

      Horrible company!! Filed a claim in the beginning of March 2022 for a broken washer. It took them 2 weeks to send someone out, and 3 more weeks to get a decision. They said they would send me a check and I am still waiting. I have called and talked to at least 10 different people and all I get is the same answer, "we will forward this" and nothing. I even had an agent hang up on me!! Don't try emailing them, they don't respond!! Terrible company, FRAUD!!

      File the claim with this company 1st time ever 1st time they said it wasn't covered then they said it was covered that I had to pay a service fee for to talk to somebody on the phone then he said he knew exactly the problem on my refrigerator and he would send somebody out now they're denying the claim again and can't talk to anybody can't get the policy can't get any help at all

      THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER, MY 40 YEAR OLD ** **** WENT OUT AND BEFORE I EVER PURCHASE THE POLICY THIS IS SOMETHING THAT MYSELF AND THE COMPANY DISCUSSED, NOW THE ***** ON THE **** IS RUSTED AND NOT WORKING. THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO TELL ME THAT THE ***** ON THE **** IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE POLICY BUT WHERE DO THEY DO THAT AT, ITS PART OF THE **** AND THATS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR FOR A ** ****. THE COMPANY IS TRYING TO OFFER ME $200 ON A $8000 NEW **** BUT THEY ADVERTISE IF WE CAN'T FIX IT WE REPL**E IT ( NO FREAKING REPL**EMENT BECAUSE OF THE ***** WHICH IS VERY MUCH APART OF THE ** ****) THEY ONLY WANT TO REPL**E THE VERY SMALL THINGS, IF YOU DON;T WANT TO REPL**E ITEMS LIKE ** **** , HOT WATER TANK, LEAKING ROOF THEN TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR CONTR**T. THIS IS A SERVICE THAT PEOPLE USE FOR A PIECE OF MIND WHEN OWNING A HOME AND COMPANYS LIKE THIS HURT US WHEN THE DON'T KEEP AND GIVE US THE SERVICE WE PAY FOR , DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S A TOTAL SCAM. IM ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT A RATING BUT THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS, THIS COMPANY IS BAD!

      Horrible, you call them for a repair and they send you someone that doesn't know anything. When you call them back then your on hold for at least and hour for them to tell you they will reassign you someone which will take another 2 weeks for someone to get out there. Then after waiting they decide that they won't pay the claim so after waiting a month I had to buy a washer myself. Then when I had electrical issue the quack they assigned to me never showed up and when I called them they said that I could just find someone myself. I am so dissatisfied and I hope ***** ever goes thru these people. 1 star is way to high for this company
