      This company said they would send me $300 to repair my stove. They never sent it. 1 year later, they took over $200 out of my account. I called for months to cancel this. When I finally did get through, I asked why my check was never mailed out, the guy got an attitude with me and hung up. Then I sent him an email so that my written request was asking for the agreement to end. I blocked them from repeatedly calling me like 3 times a day. I still get blocked messages from **** the computerized representative. We need a class action lawsuit!!! Im super upset and frustrated with this fraudulent, bullying company. I feel harassed with the constant emails and voicemails.

      Never ever again! Trying to find a technician was never an option on their end. Got stuck calling around for a very very long time when I needed heat during the winter finally just ended up paying out of pocket. I paid in full at the time of my warranty. A year later they took $50 out of my bank account and havent been in contact with them in over a year! This company is disgusting I would never ever recommend this to anyone!

      There are so many negatives with this company, it's too many to list. Here are a few: First and foremost, I felt they were deceitful and gave false advertisement on what they would cover. They made it sound so wonderful and would be there for you in time of need, but in the end didn't want to give me what I should have been due and was completely not helpful. Second, I tried to cancel but they had me on an automatic renewal system that I didn't know about and I can't cancel for almost a year, thus, taking even more of my money. Everything they have done is strategic in a way that's not clear to the consumer and a way to put the money of a hard working citizen into their own pockets. They need to be forthright on what they cover and not have all the HIDDEN EXCEPTIONS and depreciations of a product. You have to "take" what they say the depreciation amount is, which is next to nothing. The employees I talked with, when I finally got them on the phone (the phone service is terrible, kept getting cut off) was not helpful at all and did not explain anything to me when asked. One lady finally did explain things, which is when I realized what their agenda was. I recommend NO ONE buy a warranty through this company, as they are not trained properly and are NOT LOOKING OUT for the consumer. It's rather ridiculous! I've never dealt with a company that's this bad in my entire life.

      No integrity and a fraud! ServicePlus refused to honor my request to cancel my policy and still deducted the monthly payment of $45.00 from my account. Furthermore, the $45.00 was not posted to the Payment History under my profile. ServicePlus is not be trusted and has proven to be willing to steal from their customers.

      Very difficult to reach, many times transferred from one department to another. Received the run around to get an approval, once approved it is much lower than actual cost. If you are blessed to get a reimbursement, you will get your check in approximately fifteen weeks, although they say six weeks. This is a waste of money considering that they never have a technician to supply you and they also will not approve the full amount. It would have been better for me just to save the money instead of paying for a home warranty program that does not service.

      Very poor support when problems arise in your home. If you like:1) Disappointment, 2)Stress dealing with your claims 3) Headaches dealing with people that only cares about getting your money 4) A company that is not register with BBB because their poor performance 5) A company the does not follow up on the claim Then, this is your company

      No star. Zero!!! Negative zero!!!A joke of a company. I got screwed out of $125 service fee and received no service. No repairs. No nothing. No refund. Im so ******. They lied about the diagnosis of our issues with pool equipment as per the vendors diagnoses and cant politely handle a $289 part and its installation. Pile of **** for sure.

      My experience is the same of the previous 'reviews', and I fully intend to contact the ** and will be filing suit to recover the 4 years of premiums I've paid. EVERYONE needs to do the same - WE have 'strength in numbers'! If you want to contact me and join my suit j 44 call at g mail is my contact.

      Service ************** is the Worst company ever! Advertized how cheap they are. I can see why - they took the money out of my bank account and then told me I had no policy for me even though I sent them a screen shot of my bank withdrawal and my on-line confirmation of the fact that I had a policy. I will never do business with this or any fly by night company again. Going back to American Home Shield. They are more money, however they are a reputable company who takes care of business!
