      I purchased the home Waranty last year and I m not happy with their service. For everything they say its not covered. They are not letting me cancel the policy either.

      The worst warranty service company I have ever been with. You find your own service repair people, they agree to pay your portion of the cost back and you wait 3-4 months to get paid and have to make numerous phone calls. Do not sign up. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I did.

      We were pre-authorized to fix our washing machine April 11, 2023 we have video consult stating it was the water pump by the 14th still no tech to do the work was increase to $300 to find my own technician which I did & I sent the paperwork to get reimbursed and they havent resolved yet. I get the run around. We purchased 4 year plan in advance Consumer satisfaction is nonexistent.

      After 7 years of bandaid fixing our ac every year. They have refused to fix or replace because they say it needs updated in the duct work. When the company they had come fix it blew the compressor out while trying to fix. We have it on video and that is a part they also say they will not replace because the duct work is not energy efficient. The part the company they hired to fix it broke. Is now something that has to come out of our pocket. Meanwhile it is 90deg we and we are with out AC. They are supposed to now be getting a number together for a check they would give us instead of us paying the ***** out of pocket to fix Duct work. This is the worst company for warranty ever. They are not concerned with fixing what is covered under warranty. Only concerned with you paying your monthly payment for service and then not spending any money on your items covered

      This company is the absolute worst. the policies have more exclusions then what they actually will cover, if your even lucky that they will even cover what they claim is supposed to be covered. I paid 3 years up front and they denied the small 3 claims I tried to put in. I'm 26 months in and when I called to cancel they said I wouldn't receive a refund. The last manager in the resolution department (if he was even a manager) told me there is a $50 cancellation fee and 10% for the remaining months, which no where in the policy does it state that. My mom also took out a 1 year policy for her mobile home and when she had a couple of things that she called them for they also declined her claims. This was such a waste of money. they are not willing to return anything with customers that are dissatisfied. They did agree to refund me back $200 towards my repair, which is the very least they can do, but I am still not satisfied with that resolution. I don't even want to give them a 1 star rating.

      This company is a joke. DO NOT SIGN-UP. They will not let you cancel your policy..It is an automatic one year term. I had an AC unit crash in 115 degree weather with a four year old in the home and they want you to wait for an authorization which was completely unsafe.

      I agree. This company is a complete scam. Their service is nonexistent. They declared my washer, unrepairable, in February 2023, and now it is mid July and I am still waiting on my check. The salesman who sold me this contract said they would replace, an unrepairable appliance. However, my check is only supposed to be $200 that will not replace my washer.

      3.5 yr old dishwasher drain pump not working. Said they couldnt locate repairman but would give me $200 reimbursement. Spent tons of time on phone with them and now I have to get a repairman. There are plenty. They couldnt locate one because of the rate they pay. DO NOT purchase warranty for this company. Wish I head read reviews before buying

      This company lies about what they cover they advertise that they cover a water heater. I file a claim for my water heater they rejected the claim.They said that they didn't cover the tank .so they lie.now they won't let me cancel the policy..if I could ** give them **** minus stars.Horrible company

      This company has false advertising, it does not tell you that all the exceptions to their plan.When you call to file a claim nothing is covered your contract.
