      They told me when I joined that it was MTM no Contract. I filled a claim and the contractor had to come back twice. They said I could not file another claim for a year. I said I want to cancel and they said I had to stay in for a year.

      Never ever again! No technicians have to find own. A real hassle to file a qualifying claim. High pressure sales. BEWARE! Wish I had read reviews.

      horrible company.. called for my water heater. Was told by the tech that it was burned-out. Service plus claimed that the tech reported a leak and that is not covered. There was not a leak.. Called to cancel and was told that was not possible.

      This company should not be in business to serve anyone. My dryer thermostat went out. It took three weeks close to four weeks to have a technician come out. No communication between the companys and also the third party that came out to do the work. I ended up with a big bill. I would never recommend this business. They should not be in business.

      Terrible experience. Cannot get a claim paid, cannot get them to cancel coverage. Very frustrating and embarrassing.

      Worst Home Warranty!Never never buy this. I have a problem with my dish washer, and it never get fixed.

      They do not try to fix or replace appliances AND they refuse to let you out if the contract even though they are not meeting their part. Horrible *****************

      Fraudulent Company. ***************** Warranty (SPHW) is a SCAM!!! Negative stars if able. Purchased the 5 Year platinum home warranty. During the purchase phase, the Sales rep stated I could cancel at any time if unhappy with the service, I would be refund at a prorated rate. I have attempted 2 claims. HVAC, service contractor didn't do a complete assessment on the initial call. Changed the blower (2x) unfortunately, that wasn't the problem. Paid $768.00, after I complained to SPHW of why this wasn't covered. The paid $400.00 of the $1100 fee. After it was determined the hvac was still not working, **** said I would have to pay another service fee cause the contractor (BH&A ) said blower job was complete. The claim was it wasn't getting cool, the same problem existed after the blower was replaced (2x).during second visit to replace the replacement blower BH&A checked the freon, and recommended a leak test $1550, SPHW said the test was not covered, I would have to pay out of pocket. Due to the fact that the basic (checking for freon) etc.; wasn't done on the first call, and the replacement blower was running backwards, verified by another local Hvac company, I was not confident in this company work, which was brought up to SPHW, they ignored my concern to find another contractor. I had to hire a more reputable company. to fix my HVAC.Second claim: Garbage Disposal on May 5,2023 SPHW sent ************************ to my home to fix my disposal. After, the assessment SPHW approved/authorized a new disposal. I contacted ****** Mr. ******** of the status when will this be complete. May 17 ******************** said when the item comes in. as of July 17th the disposal still hasn't been replaced. many attempts to alert SPHW but they have gone silent. they are not answering calls or emails.I have requested SPWH to cancel this agreement multiple times since May2023. I copy the language of my contract and sent it to ServicePlus Home Warranty. Starting Legal steps are next.
