    iSolve RCM's greatest strength is its staff customer service. Their ability to express their value of your business and having you as a customer is top-notch. However, at times, it can come across as too much. For example, there is a point in time where repeatedly saying, "Don't worry about it. We are handling it." without following with how you are going to handle it starts to sound like a dismissal of concern rather than a reassurance. Perhaps this is just my experience, but I would like to have been more explicitly involved, to have confirmation of documents and contracts, and to have estimated times to completion or at least until the next review.We started working with iSolve RCM in the beginning of May 2023 to get paneled with 6 different insurance companies. By the end of May, 2 were completed. By June 6th, 4 were completed. I believe a large reason for the barrier in completion was one of the insurance companies was changing its name and structure; another stopped taking applications for paneling before mine was processed.Given what I have heard about other credentialing companies, iSolve RCM is quick to deliver customer results and satisfaction. Thank you!
