      Ordered two expensive specialty bras as they are very hard to find in my size and bare necessities never fulfilled the order. They still haven’t responded to my refund request. Beware of this seller they do not follow through on basic purchase orders or respond promptly to disgruntled customers. Absolutely NO communication from the customer support team on where my order is and when I can expect a refund. Terrible buying experience if you can call it that because they just took my money and I have no product to show for it.

      I have called this business twice and spoken to representatives, the most recent being Rae-Ann, who have no concern about the delay that they have regarding processing a return for my items they have received. They also would not allow me to speak with a manager, but wanted to resolve the issue themselves. Rae-Ann was very rude, and would not allow me to finish a statement before interrupting me constantly, as though she did not have to listen to my complaints. I was not being abusive or disrespectful, but I was frustrated with their rudeness and lack of concern. I was told that they had a technical issues and were behind, but the whole order process with them was a problem. They sent the wrong sizes, they did not include my apartment no. on the shipping label. I am lucky that I even received it at all. The order label was wrong, so it was disappointing all the way around. These customer service reps could have not cared less about the inconvenience that were causing the customer. Then she told me that now "you have to wait for 14 days for your refund instead of 10 days because we are behind. It was unbelievable, no apologies or concerns about holding my refund or money. She spoke as though they were going to punish me for making a complaint and hold my money even longer, while I still have to pay through Shop Pay. I believe that anytime a business makes a mistake and then makes another mistake, causing the customer to suffer, the least they could do it apologize. Neither employee that I spoke did that. They were very unconcerned to say the least. It was not their problem.

      I ordered some bras from this company on Sept 2. I returned the package on Sept 17; according to the company, it was received on Sept 23. It is now Oct 23 and I have not received my refund.

      Bare Necessities told me I would have my refund back within 5-7 days but it's been over a month. They are ignoring my emails.

      I purchased merchandise from Bare Necessities. Their policy is if you return an item you will get free shipping on the return, if you agree to get a voucher instead of a credit on your credit card. I printed off the necessary documentation and mailed one item for return on 09/16/24. I called the company after a week and was told they received the item on 9/20/24 and I should have my voucher in 5 days, and that the rep would put a special request on my return so I could get my voucher soon. I received no voucher by email. I called again and then sent an email on Oct. 4. I received an email that confirmed my return had been received on 9/20 and was told that it takes 14 days for a voucher to be issued. It is now Oct. 16, well pass 14 days, so I called again today. I was told that I should have received the voucher but they have had delays and the rep would put a special request on my return. This is the second time I have heard this and there is still no voucher for my $58. I would like the voucher for $58 emailed to me.

      On Thursday Sept 26 I made a purchase totaling $62.30, the website states that any order over $50.00 qualifies for free fast shipping. On Monday 9/30 I noticed there had been no update to my order and it still stated unfulfilled. I tried multiple times via chat to get an answer and was told that due to their system being upgraded shipments were delayed and I would receive my package via standard shipping. I questioned why that was since their website states free FAST shipping and their system being upgraded is not a customer issue, she did not have an answer and I requested a call back from a supervisor for an escalation. I did not get a response from any messages on 10/1 and the shipping status has not changed. On 10/3 I messaged and was met with the " we will be with you in about 2 min" message. After 20 min of waiting I called in just to be met with the same scripted story of "system upgrade, fast shipping is the same as standard" I asked to be sent to a supervisor who continued to not understand that their own website states orders are shipped in 1-3 business days, even with standard shipping. I explained that there are federal laws protecting the consumer in these situations and advertising something that is untrue is a crime. She stated she did not care what I thought and I'd be lucky if I ever got the order. She stopped responding and left the call on the line for 20 min. I called back in and was hung up on 3 more times. I finally spoke to another representative who told me they couldn't do anything. At no point did I get a pop up, a notice or any information stating their would be a delay in shipping. Nor does their website or confirmation -email state orders are sent in business days.

      I recently noticed a pending charge to Bareweb, Inc for $419.00.. I have no idea who this is or why they would be charging me for anything…let alone over $400! I’m reporting them here and will report them further!
