      Bought an ************ XL air fryer Model # ******* from Kohls 8 months and 2 weeks ago for a Christmas present it worked ok the entire time so 6 months ago I threw the receipt away thinking this appliance will be working fine for years to come and then it doesn't turn on it doesn't work at all I called the ******************** Tristarcares that has a one year warranty and says free replacement if not working well with in 1 year it's been 8 months I don't have the receipt and they told me since I don't have the receipt they cant do anything for me. So they sold a defective product and aren't doing anything about it I even said I could give my banking statement and they said no they cant do anything for me about the defective product and after person I talked to from this company I was treated rudely bounced around for hours to different call centers not in the U.S. being told that I bought a defective product and they will not help me even though they changed the look of the model of this air fryer Aug 25 2021 which was one year ago worst customer service ever I was lied to treated badly and still have a defective product and they refuse to exchange it

      I received a power xl air dry grill as a gift it worked all of 2 months great I loved it and then stopped cooking like I dont have a receipt because it was a gift from a friend who resides out of town this is so ridiculous and unfair

      I ordered powerXL nitrisystem on May26,2022, but they got address wrong and I had to wait another month to get it. All money has been returned by my credit card until dispute is resolved. I ordered Power XL nutri system. It is a freezer bag system. Mine never worked, I had my niece try it, she has one from Wal-Mart that works. The company will not send a postage slip so I can return the product. They said a slip was sent Aug. 9, I know if they really sent a slip I would have gotten it. Then they said just send it anyways, without proof of me sending it back, their going to tell me they didn't get it. Acct number *****************. Order number *****************. Company phone number ************. They sent it to collections, their number ************ Acct number ********. My credit is perfect, this can't reach the manor credit bureaus. They stopped helping me to resolve this when they put it in collections. I have to deal with collections, but collections won't help me resolve it because it's in their hands, out of powerx's hands. In other words Powerx will no longer help me to resolve this, and collections can't help me resolve it without Powerx helping them help me. I can't find a tracking number, and I have no way to up load anything

      I was never contacted from anyone that there was a billing problem with my card. MasterCard sent me a new card this year and it had a different number than the card I made the initial purchase with. After 3 of the 5 payments were made I received the new card and the old card was no longer able to be charged. I have been sent to Collections and I am extremely upset. You could have emailed me or called to let me give you the new MasterCard number. I will Never order Any products if this is not handled.
