      I ordered a Way 2 Go Card on June 22nd 2022 and still have not yet to receive the card as of today July 12,2022 and they want me to cover fees and expedite fee for it to be on ne and I still want get it in time I have bills due and my money is just sitting on there and I can't buy grocery pay a lite bill or anything and my money just sitting there and they hanging up on me and not giving me no resolution and they are giving me the run around

      I cannot currently access my Social Security funds using my Direct Express debit card to pay rent and buy essential medications and food. Like many elderly, disabled, poor I rely on this money to live day to day. Three weeks now they have refused me free access to my account. If you contact US government offices re the abuse and fraud connected with the Direct Express debit card business model, they will tell you to contact Direct Express, so it seems contrary to what the BBB is claiming, Direct Express is not in fact a government program. The card apparently is issued by COMERICA BANK who partners with a company called CONDUENT to service the accounts. Between them they block accounts arbitrarily without warning or notification, in complete violation of their own terms of use, claiming "suspicion of fraud.". **************** runs the gamut from ineffective to abusive -- they repeatedly claim to be "whitelisting" your declined card and it will be usable "after two hours" -- a lie most of the time -- explained away later by "oh the person who whitelisted did it wrong." Repeatedly. It's a scam. They block money transfers into your own bank account arbitrarily, even when you are at your own local bank while a bank officer attempts it. They will unblock your account briefly, then block it again, with no explanation. On the phone with them, hold times are typically 1/2 an hour to an hour or more -- that is when they don't just hang up. **************** reps appear to be instructed to obfuscate, abuse, gaslight -- as one encounters the same obvious tricks over and over -- for example speed mumbling so you must ask them to slow down, and then they shout "you're talking over me" and hang up. With a past problem, resolution was only obtained when Direct Express contacted me in response to a complaint on this BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU website. Now that Comerica and Conduent have somehow convinced the BBB they are above scrutiny, they are back to their old disgraceful thuggery.

Per our conversation this afternoon, I advised you that the card on file needs to be closed or else you will continue to have these issues but you refused to go this route and wanted to keep the card opened to have it whitelisted tomorrow. I will make a reminder to enter your account first thing in the morning tomorrow to submit the whitelist for you and it will take 2-3 hours to reflect. If the card still isnt working for you by noon tomorrow, I would advise to follow up with Direct Express to have a new card issued. Thank you and have a great day.

      NJ Child Support used Eppicard to provide child support. I was notified in late 2021 that ** child support would switch to way2go. And I would need to call to get a check for remaining funds if I did not have ongoing child support. I did not have ongoing child support. On or about 1/17/2022, I called to get a check. The amount in Eppicard was a little more than $34,000. I was told I would get a check within 60 days. I NEVER received a check. I have called on multiple times to check status. Last call was 7/28/2022. I was told that on 2/4/2022 a debit was entered AND a notation that check was mailed. Prior calls I was told someone would get back to me, that the matter would be escalated. No one ever called me back. On 7/28/2022 representative eventually hung up when I was asking questions. All he told me was that the escalation would probably get denied again. I have NO idea what happened to the $34,000. I don't have a check. Child support does not have a check. No one can tell me where the check is. I just want the check or want someone to tell me where the check is so I can get the check. I am not sure what other information is needed to resolve this.

      Conduent refuses to provide customers without support for the Way 2 go card. I have received payouts and they have not sent a card. These people are scammers, liars, and fraud. The attorney general has been contacted. I have not been able to pay bills and they will be sued for this. Conduent knows they are not providing customers service. **** continues to answer the phone and and lie about how to get in contact with someone. You wont ever get in contact with someone.
