      This company works with federal agencies to assist families with monies being issues by government agencies. They do not provide services to help consumers to obtain their monies. My experience with this company has been HORRIBLE! I have over $3k in monies that I can not get deposited with out 1. Providing a bank statement 2. ID 3. Bank letter with letterhead 4. Paying additional fees to get my money. It took me days to find a number to actually speak to someone. I finally get a number and ever *** I have spoken to; they do not have skills fprbthe role they are performing. This company is supposed to HELP not HINDER people. They pass the **** and want to nickel *** dime YOUR money. As small as the charge is for transferring your money, when you multiple that by millions of people. It adds up to additional revenue. ******************* should remove these contracts from this company at this point, but then again the government probably really does not care. Headache off their plate.

      This is a ***************** I have been on **** with them for hours starting last night. It was kind of late vut 3 hours is crazy! My daughter needed money to take a lyft home from school and got stranded because my account was Locked and I dont know why. I am Currently on hold with them and STILL ON HOLD. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. WONDERING IF PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY WORKING. I READ THE REVIEWS FROM FORMER EMPLOYEES **** TELLS ME WHY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE *****. IM SICK. AND THERE IS ANOTHER DEPOSIT COMING FOR MY KIDS ON MONDAY AND CANT ACCESS IT. ****** OFF!!!!

      **************** is horrible and you wait on hold for hours for a *** to come on and drop the call to have to call back in the same fashion. This is a *** *** situation and this company withholds funds from people who need it.

      I have a huge problem with my account. I have called 5 different numbers for "customer service" but only get to the same menu from all 5. There is no option to speak to anyone. Now I can't even login. I have tried everything I can think of to no avail and can't get to my $3600! Way2Go!

      My card was canceled and I didn't cancel it. NOW I have to send email to verify my identity which takes ***** hours and still no reason as to whom or why my card was canceled. I really needed child support n today as my son starts school Monday. That was a huge hit to my child's beginning of the year supplies and uniforms. Thus place ***** and if I could use worse words to describe this business I would. ZERO STARS, ONLY GOT ONE BECAUSE I HAD TO PICK AT LEAST ONE. ZERO STARS ZERO STARS BIG FAT ZERO WAY2GO C*** CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Horrible to work with unknown charges with no explanations. $700 taken from account on Christmas and the refused to do anything. Couldn't prove it?? What all charges $30-$40 repeatedly for ********* until the account was drained. Still after reporting continue to get $1 charges they cannot pin point why. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SAY NO TO WAY2GO.

      On June 18th I attempted to use my card at a gas pump, turns out the pump was broken but the store hadn't put a sign up so the transaction was canceled. However my funds are STILL being held. For over a month. I get told something different every time I call, held for 3 hours for a supervisor who complained about so many people calling and yelling over this issue and still refused to give me any information regarding when the hold will be released so I can access my money. I also haven't received another deposit since.

      THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!THS COMPANY STEALS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!If there was a button for ZERO stars, I would have chosen that option. I have a way2go child support card. I have been trying for 3 MONTHS to get my card activated. I have sent in EVERY piece of my identification. I then was denied that I am WHO I am..then was told they have NO IDEA who has a copy of my birth certificate, my ss card, my drivers license, AND my passport. This means, someone, (Unknown) has access to my confidential information, and are possibly using my identity. I still am unable to access my money (I have an autistic son, who needs medical care) which now has a balance thousands of dollars. I am SOOOOOOO angry, frustrated, and fed up!I contacted my state, and they have begun an investigation, but I still do not have access to my money!!!If you can avoid this card, this company, PLEASE stay FAR FAR AWAY!!They might possibly be using personal information in an illegal way.I am hoping my formal complaint with the State, will end their contract!DANGEROUS COMPANY... ILLEGAL ACTS!!!

      I worked for this company for one year, was surprised I made it that long to be honest. Pay is horrible compared to all the tasks an employee is given. Policies change on a dime, with minimal training or explanation. Speaking of training, after 10 weeks of learning a specific department's workload, my class was thrust into an entirely different department and expected to learn it all on the fly. Management is weak, their "product" is weak and their excuses for their ineptness are weak. I have worked in this field for many years and I have never experienced a circus like this. If you are even remotely considering working for this joke of a company, do yourself a favor and give it a hard pass. If I could give them zero stars, I most definitely would.Horrible!
