      Put simply because I’m done wasting my time with these people but had direct deposit setup and already had multiplie withdrawals go through. Long story short my company is at the top but is absolutely the worst hr & ethics wise and pretty much can guarantee they are telling benefit wallet to hold my funds because all of a sudden they started denying my redemption transactions. Then when I called said I had to “verify” it was me. Mind you I literally have a transaction in process to the exact same bank account so I 100% know they are purposefully holding it because they know I’m leaving this garbage place

      Very unhappy with this company. I had a fraudulent charge appear and tried to notify the company via their "Contact Us" form on the website. Stupid form throws errors and will not send. Called their service center and took the option for a call back. Received the call back but was immediately placed on perma-hold. What the h*** is wrong with this company? As an employer, I would NEVER select this company to manage my HSA and subject my employees to this aggravation.

      Every reimbursement transaction is paused. I then must submit myself to at least 30 minutes on hold and then a ***********************************************************************

      Wish I could leave a review lower than one star. But the customer service reps are incompetent! None of the agents have the same product knowledge and its always a language barrier. Worst place to have your money for ***** care I would rather pay out of pocket than to be waiting more than a month !!!!!! To have one freaking claim processed. This company has no regard for the members they are servicing and its not even worth the pre tax benefit to have to jump through a million hurdles just to get your medical supplies or reimbursement. Even with proper documentation and constantly calling you never get an answer , the agents put you on hold until you hang up, or half of them you can Barely understand. This is so unacceptable and unfair to people who have life threatening and chronic Illnesses. I will never re enroll with benefit wallet or any company remotely linked to health equity/xerox. This has been the most nonchalant, non ethical, non empathetic, non consumer friendly company I have ever seen. I would rather pay out of pocket than to ever deal with this company again ! Corporate thieves !

      Absolutely horrible. Terrible customer service. Every claim I submit through work, they deny (even following ALL the rules). I send them the requested documentation, many times, then they deactivate my card. This has happened every time I use the card. hey won't take a claim unless you give them your burial plot! I think they enjoy denying claims so that they can draw interest on all our money!

      Bad services. The app is not updated and unable to download documents. Waited for one hour to speak with representatives. I had to call several times in a day for the same issue and after providing a documents online I had received a letter in the mail indicated Ineligible Notice. This is not good company.I love EX Receipts is way better and was able to chat with representatives.

      This is the worst HSA administrator. I had to open an account by default due to my company having a contract with BenefitWallet. Once i left the company, i realized how many options there are in HSA banks. Benefit Wallet takes excessively too long to transfer funds to or from the account. They use a different company for the investment portion of your account. The options they have are very limited and charge excessive fees. They always have accounting errors. They have made adjustments to my account 6 months later after an error without notifying me. Every time i have called BW they have had me on hold for at least 1 hour (seriously -not exaggerating). They handle money like a Mob boss and refuse to return or reimburse you for your own money.If you are looking for an HSA administrator, DO NOT use this company. There are several better options.

      BenefitWallet has the worst customer service ever! My card got rejected when I need to pay for my dental implant so I had to use my credit card. I tried to "reimburse myself" for the amount and it has been in 'My processed payments' since April 5, 2023 and today is April 21, 2023. So much for the 5-7 days business. Not only that, when I called them it take hours and no one response to my call!! I wish I could change my HSA provider!!

      I was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes and the agent said he could not attend to changing my beneficiary. The online beneficiary change does not accept my trust as beneficiary. Still on hold, an hour and a half later. This is outrageous. They must have a paucity of agents. Will likely transfer my HSA to another company. Strongly recommend against BenefitWallet. I would like to give it zero stars.

      The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. You have to wait for them to go through all the options, then there's a long pause, and finally it says "press 9 to speak to someone." It's so sneaky. If paying for something via phone and reading the debit card information to the doctor ******* it declines the card if you don't pay on an exact dollar amount. Can't use the cents. Now I have a balance of $0.42, which I cannot reimburse myself for because it's less than $1. I waited on the phone for 15 min and no one answered. I tried the online support and it gave me an error. Paper statements cost $1.25. I guess they can have my $0.42 cents - not worth my time and frustration! Probably all part of their evil plan to ******* you at every chance they get. This company is slimy and scammy and the worst customer service. Take your money and run far away from this place.
