On November 26th eye contact the snow joke about a replacement charger which they told me it was under warranty and I would have it in 3 to 5 days it is now December the 10th and I still haven't got a shipping date for my charger I don't want to call them about 50 times to try to find out what's the holdup and key in the same freaking run around can you help meBusiness Response

I have a sun joe chipper I used only 2 times and the silver counterplate snapped and broke, and shot out of the machine. The machine is now unable to operate. I purchased it July 23, 2023.The warranty is 2 years.Sun Joe CJ603E *************** Wood Chipper + ********************** Bag | 1.7-inch Cutting Diameter | 15-Amp I have contacted the company Oct 26th and told that a replacement part could be provided but that a replacement part is of "out of stock" and I have to keep rechecking with them to see if it comes into stock. I requested an order be placed and fulfilled once the part comes in. I was told that cannot be done and I am responsible for checking and reaching out. I have been watching, emailing them and still no part. Looking at other consumers feedback on the web, the plate has been out of stock for a very long time. I asked SunJoe if they would provided a replacement or refund and they simply state I have to wait for the part and never discuss further. At this point since SunJoe is not fulfilling their obligation of the warranty replacement of the part. Therefore, I am requesting a resolution of a new unit entirely since the part isn't available or a refund for the price paid. ($43.19)I feel both of these options are reasonable. SunJoe seems more willing to say what they are unable to do vs. accepting any accountability and working to find a resolution given it appears this part is not available. Originally purchased a 21-inch 100V Brushless Lithium-iON ****************************** Snowblower Kit with 5.0 Ah Battery + Charger in February of 2022. The chute broke under warranty and was sent a new equivalent machine a Snow Joe 24V-X4-SB21 96-Volt* MAX IONMAX Cordless Brushless Single-Stage Snow Blower | 21-inch | W/ 4 x 12.0-Ah Batteries + 2 x Dual Port Chargers.Received the machine after winter so did not use until the following winter. Battery became unusable in February of 2024. Filed for warranty immediately and was told the battery would be in stock in 6 weeks. Months past with no stock date. Ask for new machine but offered a machine with half the power so refuse. Consult lawyer and under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, I am entitle to a refund. After months of back and forth, SnowJoe agrees to refund my purchased except its been 2 months and I have not received the funds and continually get the run around.Initial Complaint

I bought a Snow Joe 96V 24" Snow Blower with 4 x 12 AH batteries on February 8, 2024 ($597 plus tax). I filed for my warranty and the snow blower worked fine the first few months. In October, I started preparing my batteries for the upcoming winter when I noticed one wasn't working. I contacted the company who quickly replaced the battery. However, the replacement did not work so they sent me another battery. The second one did not work either. At this point, I elevated my frustration and they assured me that by sending me rapid chargers, the problem would be fixed. However, as of last night 26 November, the charges arrived and did not fix the problem. I reported it to the company and they want to send me another battery. I would like my money back as this product is not performing and does not function.Business Response

Purchased a Show *** **** blower in March 2022 for $700. In November 2024, snowblower stopped functioning. Contacted Snow Joe and they indicated that it was beyond the warranty period but that the unit was showing signs of defection. They have since stopped manufacturing this particular product. This snowblower was used lightly used for two seasons only and stopped working and was a $700 unit. Snow Joe's response was to offer a 15% discount on the purchase of a new unit - but this is a refund so unit has to be purchased first and don't have a lot of confidence the discount would be honoured. Also not interested in purchasing another unit from this company as they have no longevity.Business Response

Purchased a snowblower through *********** on January 12, 2024. It came with 4 batteries, one of which on receipt was not working. I had to purchase a 4th battery to use the snowblower. After the season had ended, the batteries were stored for the summer in a closet off the charger. Went to charge the batteries and all 4 batteries have failed at this point and will not take a charge. Contacted customer support and been given nothing but the runaround. I bought a battery powered snow blower from SnowJoe about 2 years ago. This snow blower requires that all four batteries be in good working condition to operate. I used it one time in the winter of 2022. In Fall of 2023 I went to charge the batteries and one battery was found faulty (would not charge). I contact SnowJoe and the are decent about sending out a replacement battery, but every single battery I have had sent as a replacement is faulty (will not charge). I just received my fifth "replacement" today and it is the same issue.Business Response

I purchased a product from the SunJoe company, a leaf blower with a telescoping pole to reach gutters to clean them out of dirt, leaves and other debris. I am a disabled man and when I saw this product advertised on a morning show it appealed to me. But the product didn't perform nearly as well as it was advertised. The force of the air coming from this product felt extremely weak and the battery life was a very short 15 minutes, on a full charge. I could reach the gutters just fine while sitting on my scooter but as I just mentioned, the performance of this product was an incredible disappointment. So, well after over 17 email messages I exchanged with this company's customer report department, I was told that they do not offer refunds only their store credit. The email messages requested things that I happily provided. Sun Joe wanted an invoice, I provided them with my ****** transaction statement. SunJoe said they could not verify the document. I contacted ****** and asked them if they could resend the original transaction and they did. I copied and pasted the full receipt. Then SunJoe said they wanted it in "pdf" format. I supplied them a single document with the 3 pages of the ****** receipt. All pages singularly and all 3 pages as a "png" file. All I was trying to do was get my money refunded. I have a SnowJoe snowblower that is about a year old. It requires four batteries. Earlier this month I charged the batteries to get ready to use the snowblower. Unfortunately, one of the batteries would not charge. So, I did two things. I reached out to ** customer service via email about ***lacement. After a few responses from **, they stopped ***lying. So, because I can't use the snowblower without the battery, I ordered a new one on November 6th. Last week I received a message from the **** that this item will not be delivered because of UNPAID POSTAGE , even though I paid for shipping when I purchased the item. I called customer service twice and both times I was told they were checking with the **** and would get back to me when they had an answer. So far, no one has gotten back to me. I also sent an email to customer service but have not received a ***ly. I asked one of the customer service **** if they could just send me a new battery, since I've already paid $200+ for the one I ordered but never received. The *** said he couldn't do that.
