I bought the snowblower in November of 2022 and tried it out for about a minute to make sure that it worked ... and it did. We had no snow from then until February of this year, 2024, so didn't need it until then. I had been recharging the batteries every 4-5 months, but when I went to charge the batteries before the storms that hit us in February of 2024, only 2 of the 4 batteries would charge. I called them and they told me they were out of the batteries, so they "placed me on an automatic replacement list for the batteries."They never sent me replacement batteries during this past winter. However, I called them this October (2024) and asked if the batteries were in stock, and they were, so they quickly sent me two batteries. Only one worked and the other was dead. I called them again and they sent me another, which was also dead on arrival. I called them again and was sent another dead battery. I called them again and they sent me .... AN EMPTY BOX ... NO BATTERY INSIDE! I'm serious!Over the past three weeks SnowJoe has sent me two additional packages which never were delivered. I received "Alerts" on both packages from the **************************** informing me "Alert: the package will not be delivered because of unpaid/insufficient poastage"!Now I'm waiting for them to deal with the **** before they send me another battery. I still can't use the machine because it requires all four functioning batteries and I only have ******** NOT BUY ANY MACHINES from this commpany!Snow Joe LLC

Unfortunately this is the same response that I have received from them to all of my previous emails and phone calls. And, since they responded to my original BBB complaint, they have sent me an additional useless/dead battery. They consistelntly claim that my experience with the dead batteries is an anomoly.However, their OWN website and the BBB website are filled with similar complaints about dead batteries, receiving dead replacement batteries, dealing with non-functional machines, and the lack of replacement parts for existing machines when custormers request repairs or parts. Many customers have also requested refunds, as I did.They finally agreed to refund my entire purchase price. They required me to send back all of the batteries (at their expense), which I did. They also asked me to make a video of me destroying the main wiring harness (running from the machine to the controls on the handle) by severing the harness and then sending them that video, which I did. Then they required that I forward to them the entire original email sent to me confirming my purchase of the snowblower on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at 8:53 AM, which I did.On December 26, 2024, they acknowledged receipt of all of their requirements for a refund, and stated that the refund request had been forwarded to their accounting department. Then they claimed that the refund process had officially been initiated by their accounting department on the following day, December 27, 2024. I was told that the refund would be completed as an a *** deposit to my checking account within 7- 10 business ******* has now been nearly a month (with 15 business days having passed) since the refund process was supposedly initiated, and I have not received one cent in refunds! They keep asking for more time to honor and complete the refund process.THE STATUS SO FAR: I have received FIVE dead batteries, an empty box, and two batteries which were never delivered because the **** claimed that there was "unpaid postage", and an unfulfilled promise to refund my original purchase price. I have returned all of their batteries. I have destroyed the snowblower. I have received a promise from them of a total refund .... which has not been ************ far they have not refunded ANYTHING to me, despite several additional phone calls and emails with them. They keep making promises about refunding my money and needing more time, but nothing has yet to appear in my checking account as an AHC deposit from them.I NOW HAVE NO WORKING SNOWBLOWER MACHINE, NO BATTERIES, AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND! I have been trying without success to get a replacement chute for our Snow Joe snowblower since January 2024. The item continues to be listed as out of stock. Because of not being able to replace a $20 part, my snowblower cannot be used. I have contacted **************** multiple times and each time am told it will be 4-6 weeks for the replacement part. I was also told to check ****** or ****....really?? The company cannot stand behind its products? I wish I had checked BBB complaints before purchasing from Snow Joe. At this point, I intend to purchase a different snowblower from another manufacturer. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated and will not purchase any SnowJoe/Sun Joe items again. .Snow Joe LLC

Awful! They s**** you over every chance they get. Their products are the lowest quality out there. The first electric mower I purchased died a year later. They offer a 2 year warranty, so I filed a warranty claim. They told me my model was on backorder and I'd have to wait until they restock. Well, I have learned from other reviews that "backorder" means they're not producing that product anymore. I demanded a credit. I used that credit plus out of pocket money to purchase the 1 out of 3 options that were in stock (everything else is on "backorder"). The new battery powered mower I received is also a piece of garbage. Now I see I'll have to pay for shipping to return it, so my out of pocket money will be applied to shipping and I'm stuck with a useless store credit. Also out of the new money I just put into this purchase. I refuse to buy the next level up (more expensive) mower they offer. I'd be a fool to give them more of my hard earned money. It's clear they're going out if business. Just hanging on long enough to get rid of what little inventory they have left. Hey ***********************, give it up! Stop scamming people. Snow Joe 24V-SS10 ********************************* December 2023. Used 1 time and had a electrical issue and stopped working. Contacted customer service beginning January ******** about failed unit. Also emailed communication and snow joe will not refund the purchase OR replace the unit even though customer service said they would. Also spoke with customer service: 1/10/24 1/14/2024 1/18/2024 1/24/2024 1/25/2024 2/2/2024 Multiple hours wasted waiting to speak to a representative Promised to replace unit when the unit comes back in stock....spoke with customer service 5/2/2024 and management who promised an upgraded model.......told that it is my responsibility to see their notification email that units are back in stock then i have to contact them for the replacement.Received the "in stock" email 8/20/24, **************** continues to give the run around asking previously sent information. The aggravation is NOT worth the junk you are paying for.LET THE ***** BEWARE The unit is garbage. the customer service is garbage. We received a SunJoe cordless handheld spotlight model# **V-1500FL-LTE-P1 as a gift. The battery discharged overnight 2 times. We had registered the product. We contacted the company by phone, and were told without an invoice the warranty would be voided. We did receive an email, stating they would send a battery "as a courtesy". Since when does a supposedly reputable company only honor their warranty without an invoice. Does this mean that all their products given as gifts are not covered by their warranty? Very disappointed with my SunJoe pressure washer. The trigger assembly leaks profusely and decreases pressure at the nozzle. I have replace orings and that does not solve the problem. Only used the unit maybe 6-8 times. Due to the proprietary design I cant easily replace the trigger assembly without replacing the hose as well. Customer support was not very helpful. There is no resolution if you have a problem with their product. And if you call them too many times trying to resolve a problem, they will block you from their website. Don't buy any of their products from HSN. You don't get a receipt or instruction book.Snow Joe LLC

I purchased 2 zero gravity chairs in March of 2023. By ****, 2023 the chairs were severely rusting. I then contacted company and put in a warranty claim. I sent several photos as well to show the rust. The company wanted me to return the chairs, but I did not have boxes to ship them in. The company wanted me to go out and purchase boxes and ship the chairs back. After many emails back and forth, they said I did not have to return them, but to dispose of them, which I did. It has now been a year, and I have not received the replacement chairs. I followed up with a phone call this week. Since they cannot provide me the replacements, I requested a refund. The customer service agent offered a store credit, which I do not want. On the warranty, it states refund or replacement of equal or greater value. I requested to speak with a supervisor and he did call me back only to deny my request for replacements or the refund. He only offered store credit. After patiently waiting for over a year, I am extremely disappointed at the customer service of this company. You cant even submit a review on the ******** page, only comment on one of their posts. I purchased an Aqua *** that developed a leak. I read their "no questions asked" guarantee and after answering several questions, sent them the requested copy of my purchase receipt they said they would send a replacement....NOT SO FAST....a subsequent email said we will send you a ***** shipping address. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE DEFECTIVE UNIT, WE WILL THEN SHIP A REPLACEMENT. I did not receive a shipping label so I called them 10+ TIMES--EACH TIME GETTING A "NO REPRESENTATIVE IS AVAILABLE--CALL BACK". Finally I got through to a representative and asked to speak to a supervisor, "he's on another call" but will call you back"(good luck with that).I asked about getting a replacement and THEN shipping the defective product back in that I did not have a suitable box. "NO PROBLEMS, take it to ***** and purchase a box up to $20" Huh! Spend $20 on a box to ship back a $32 item. This combined with their remarks regarding emails, that says, we're busy so with might not respond for up to 48 hours. I have no hope that I would ever see my "up to $20" refund.Snow Joe LLC
