    Horrible customer service. I purchased one of this company's lawnmowers through Amazon. The item was eventually recalled with a laceration warning-- the bolt holding the blade would detach, allowing the blade to detach from the bottom of the mower. This happened to me many times despite re-screwing the blade/bolt. I called the company to ask for a full refund. The representative asked me to re-screw, which I had done many times. She then proceeded to ask for video evidence of me tightening the s**** She went back and forth about how they are unable to give me a refund (keeping in mind that this product is a danger to use at this point). Eventually, she agreed to talk to her manager about it. She did that and let me know that the manager agreed to ***** my full refund to my credit card, but that it would take **** weeks to receive. I said I was fine with this. **** weeks go by and I have not received a refund. I called again and the new rep stated that they would not be giving me my refund. Instead, they would issue store credit. Again, I just want my money back on my card. They claimed that they mailed me a gift card for store credit, which I did not want. At this point, I have not even received the gift card, which I made clear I did not want as I will no longer be patronizing this company. I would like my refund to my credit card in full. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this company.

    **** WAS AMAZING I CALLED CAUSE I WAS MISSING PARTS TO THE ONE I ORDERED HE TOOK THE **** AND GOT ME A WHOLE NEW UNIT SHIPPED BACK OUT.THIS YOUNG MAN HAS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME, AS A SENIOR I APPRECIATE HIS KINDNESS, HE DESERVES A RAISE!!

    My Snowjoe snowblower broke. The controller lever broke. I was emailing them to 8 months. I was told at first that they would send me a replacement lever. Then after several emails they said oh sorry we dont have that part. Then after several more emails they said I had to send my snowblower to them and then they would send me a new snowblower. Right then the problem is that I am disabled and cant leave my house so I couldnt ship my entire snowblower to them. That is when I never heard from them Again. I have emailed them over and over with no response.

    At the beginning of January of 2022 I bought a iON 100V-24SB snow blower from *********** In February, one of the batteries would not charge. I was particular in not over charging the batteries and storing them inside.After a couple of weeks of checking online, the batteries were still out of stock. I called the customer support and they signed me up for a warranty as well as put me on the waiting list for a new battery.After a month of waiting I started to do some research. I read that a lot of customers had the same problem, but never got a call/email or battery or sent a battery that was the wrong size. I quickly realized that they will be back logged on these batteries and that I would not likely get a battery in the next year or two. At this point I passed the 90 day return policy with *********** So I asked Snow Joe what to do about a refund. They said I needed to contact the support team. So I emailed the support team and they asked for proof of purchase, which I gave. They then claimed they sent me a return label and that it would show up in my email in 5 business days. I went through this 4-5 times. After getting nowhere with the support team, I then called the regular number several times and asked for a supervisor (they refuse to let you speak to a supervisor or claim there is not one available). The employees assure you that they will take care of it and call you. BUT they never do. I am tired being lied to! After reading the complaints on every other product they make it is clear 1) they dont do quality control 2) they dont follow through) 3) they dont do what they say they are going to do. I just want Snow Joe to stick to their word and resolve this. I no longer want a store credit, I expect a refund. I will never use or recommend Sun Joe/Snow Joe. I am so disappointed, the company is a joke and I dont see how they can continue to operate much longer.

    Over a month has gone by and there have been no efforts by Snow Joe to resolve the issue and I still never heard back from a supervisor.

    After talking with support twice and checking what would be the easy solutions which didn't solve the non running mower they no longer respond. Seems like if something more than advice needs to be done for a product under warranty they just stop responding. I'll never buy another of their products.

    I purchased a Sunjoe cordless telescoping pole pruner on 4/2021 along with a 3 year warranty expiring 4/2024. After it stopped working in July I tried to go to their website only to find the product not on the site. I called them & was told a replacement wasn't available. They said they would email me when a replacement was available. After been lied to & representatives with amnesia, I still don't have a refund. I've jumped through too many hoops already. Hope BBB can help.

    Ordered a shop vac/blower (24V-WSB-LTE) through Amazon. Ordered 7/2022. Unit arrived in a crushed taped box with several *************** missing. Called SnoJoe and was sent a label to mail back for replacement. Replacement came in unmarked ***** box with a variety of parts thrown in and no battery. The unit and parts looked refurbished and had sticky stuff on some pieces. Called, they sent a battery. Unit a piece of junk. I will never buy from company again.

    I have had 2 power washers that have had to be replaced. I asked for a refund for the last one. This was darned near impossible to get approved and took waiting two days for a supervisor to call me back. Im STILL waiting for a check from May. When I call I have to start at the beginning every time. No one seems to know how to answer questions and its like talking to robots who are just stupid. And thats if you can even talk to someone. One phone call was over two hours long with me being transferred around and all the hold times. This company is awful!
