Don't get ripped off by buying this product . Our snow joe died the 2nd time my wife used it . And it was a xmas gift , they keep giving us the run around as they say there going to replace it , 4 months later n still no replacement, you can them n more excuses.Snow Joe LLC

My battery operated electric snowblower will not start. I spoke with a customer representative who had me press a button for 10 seconds and when that didnt work, said that my two year warranty was over and they were terribly sorry. They also informed me that they had no service reps or service recommendation in the area that I should contact one myself, and again they were terribly sorrySnow Joe LLC

We have been waiting on a refund check since August 2022 they have told us it will *********** weeks and still have not received We have called them back 10 or 15 times and every time they say they will definitely have the check in the mail. 1 starI would rate this company at the bottom, as I found them to be a horrible to deal with. In my opinion, their Website lacks Transparency, but over the course of a year, I found that their *** is ***********************, which you can search and find his email online. The phone number listed for **************** is connected to their staff in ***************, and the only local person I found to speak with in ******* is a staff member name Kleber.I purchased an Electric Snow Thrower, which their staff determined was defective on Jan. 6, 2022 and asked that I return it and stated it would take 90 days for my refund. After they received it, I was told it would then take another 90 days for reimbursement. They misplaced my original receipt which I had to replace, then they said I would be reimbursed on Sept.2, which did not occur. I commenced contacting their **************** Division via sending approximately 75 emails and 50 phone calls. I encountered excuse after excuse. They appeared to read from the same script, but always gave me different time sequences: 90 days, 2-4 weeks, 2 weeks, check is in the mail, etc. I was told that the check was processed on July 26, but they could not explain what "processed" meant. One staff member told me that I was just being jerked around and nothing was happening. He was correct, as nothing did happen until I copied ***** in on a latter e-mail stating that I was contacting the ****************'s *************** (which I am in the process of doing). Soon thereafter, I received a call from ****** and received my refund on Dec. 23 - almost a year later. If I had not pursued, I am positive, I would never have received it.The misery and time-consuming efforts this company put me through is inexcusable. As an 83 year old Senior Citizen and a Disabled Veteran, both the *** and Company should be ashamed of themselves. Rest assured, I will never purchase products made or sold by this company again.Review frommichael b

1 starI would give this company zero stars if I could.I purchased model SJ618E from ******** It was missing the chute s**** I called ********** CS and spoke with ********. After a half hour, she informed me that the s**** was unavailabe and I should find one myself or they could exchange the unit for me. Exchanging would just leave me in the same perdicament as she said the hardware pack does not have the s**** in it. I referred her to page 9, Fig 20 in the manual. It says to secure in place with provided s**** I am very disappointed in the product and with their customer service.Review fromMeghan B

1 starNo Stars but review made me choose one - I had my second SunJoe power washer SPX4001 in 4 years fail just outside warranty. They are warrantied for 2 years. I power wash my house once a year and keep it inside in my cellar; so they are basically good for ONE use. Power washer works but soap dispenser not at all. Their email customer service is the pits. If you send a request they do answer but when you reply it's like it is a brand new issue and someone else replies. I was promised a replacement by one of their reps and then another came back and said it's outside warranty - Too Bad. When I replied to this they told me they would look into it and it has been 10 weeks so I called again today. Same answer - Outside Warranty - too bad. Requested to talk to a supervisor and was pretty much flat out denied. "Why do you want to speak to a supervisor? They will tell you the same thing." I can say the customer service a few years ago is not the customer service there today and I will not purchase from them again. 1 starBought a Sun Joe leaf blower and vac. Product was defective so I call customer service and they sent me a return label to have it replaced. Never received the replacement and now I find the product is discontinued and they cannot replace it. All they will do is give a in-store credit. After trying to deal with their customer service for almost a month, I have no interest in purchasing from their store and all I want is a refund for the amount I paid for the product. 1 starI had prior purchased a Snow Joe pole saw, which broke in half on it's second use. I submitted pictures, and was issued a ticket for a replacement, but it required me to construct a huge box that would fit the pole saw (they refused to just send me the parts to fix it). I subsequently had gotten ill, and failed to send the broken item back in time, eventually received an email saying the replacement had been cancelled. I chalked it up to my fault. I ordered a new electric pole-saw on 11/26/22 after seeing the design had changed. The tracking information showed the product instantly went into the shipping **** when the order was placed. I have not received the product, nor has the tracking information progressed.I've now placed 3 calls to Snow Joe's obviously off-shore "customer service":1st call - The rep told me the item had not yet shipped, they'd look into it and call be back, No return call was received.2d call - The rep told me the item had not yet shipped. They'd look into it, and call me back. No return call was received.3rd call - The rep told me the item had not yet been shipped, could not tell me when or even if the item would be shipped, could not estimate when I might receive the item. I demanded a refund, and was told that was not possible until I received, then returned the item. My repeated requests to speak with a supervisor were refused.So here I am waiting for an item that I paid for over a month ago, that still hasn't been shipped, which may never be shipped, that I no-longer want, but the order allegedly cannot be canceled, and no refund can be provided.I'm now frustrated to the point that not only will I NEVER do business with this company or any of it's affiliates, I will make a point to inform everyone I know of my experience, and warn them to stay away as well.I have now resorted to searching the web to find out who is in charge of the US side of "customer service" and sent them an email via Linkedin. 1 starI think snowjoe LLC is a scam. I bought a snow blower and used it once now the batteries are dead. I noticed snowjoe.com and they said the replacement batteries are out of stock. HOW CONVENIENT. ***************
