    After calling them for the last few years to cancel and being disconnected or left on hold for over an hour. I finally spoke to someone today about my issues. Which are them constantly increasing my amount without my knowledge or consent, The phone service quality is awful with constant static and disconnections in the middle of conversations . After 5 years of continued failure in contacting them I feel they should refund all of my money to me and close this company down.

    This company makes it as hard as possible to cancel service, after about 9 phone calls after being hung up on , finally got a customer service rep, took another 30 minutes to cancel the service, trying to hard sell you on transferring the service to another individual or company, they will not allow you to remove credit card information even if you are the Super User for the account, they will not prorate your payment and cancellation will not take effect until the next month the day before payment is due. This company should be shut down or at the very least investigated. Absolutely horrible customer service and if you are trying to cancel, good luck, it's like pulling wisdom teeth. Total scam company. I will NEVER use this company again.
