      Highly recommend from the beginning of the sales pitch from **** who put no pressure on me help me through every single step of the way I can text him anytime and he answered all my questions. The beginning of construction to the end of construction, I had no problems, the pool came up beautiful it was worth every ***** I highly recommend Pool Town to anyone who is looking for a new pool.

      We used pool Town to install our in ground pool in 2014 and we are still happy and satisfied with the quality of work performed. We interviewed several pool companies and found Pool Town sales team and workers to be respectful, honest and reliable by answering all of our questions, performing the job timely and to our expectations. When we are in need of a liner or filter replacement we will certainly call Pool Town.

      PoolTownNJ is a great company. I had a wonderful experience during my project. The employees/contractors were ******************* and prompt. The admin staff always kept in contact and communicated when new phases of the project would start, or if there were any changes within the schedule. The contract was clear and explained everything from start to finish. I couldnt be happier with PoolTownNJs service. Even after the pool build was complete, they followed up to ensure everything was going well and there were no issues. I feel confident I will be happy with my pool for many years to come. ***********************, and ******* were always helpful and would respond to my texts or calls in a short period of time. They were always happy to help. PoolTownNJ is a very good company with many years of experience. You cant go wrong with them !!

      Choosing a pool company was tough, but after being referred from another family member, we decided to land on Pool Town where we met salesman *****. Although this process was difficult and comes with a financial cost, ***** successfully explained to us the added costs and what we could expect going forward. From ***** to the excavation crew to the Pooltown employees who put The pool together and dealing with their customer care rep representative **** this process was easy, clean and respectful.

      Pool tool and there recommended contractors were 100% successful in completion. There were many challenges along the way that were resolved. Things take time so be prepared to wait , sometimes becuase pooltown is ready but materails maybe delayed , not a Bad Idea to always follow up. Pool tool and Excellis will promp you when a new action needs to be addressed. Working with *************************** who has been a pleasure to work with during final stages. **********

      Pool Town did a nice job on the pool. All the trades knew what they were doing and did a professional job. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly. ***** and **** in the construction department were great with ********** and helped move the job along. Would use them again. Never felt like we had someone on site doing questionable work. ********************, ****

      Choosing a pool company was a stressful process. We decided to utilize pooltown as another family member has a pool they installed over 15 years ago and has had no issues. The beginning permit process was bumpy.. but they appeared to have jumped on it right away once approved. I was amazed at how quick this mountain pond pool was structurally built. Tony the electrician and Josantos the concrete mason were great guys. The pool was pretty much built and ready to go within a short time frame. To date, we are overall happy with the outcome.
