  ************* ** apartments from this company is shameful and I don't even think they care about them or how they do there tenants! For instance ********************* Arlington apartments just that garbage! The staff are very rude and cruel they think they can talk to people ?? any kind of way! The maintenance guys sorry some don't speak English ride on the carts jumping in front of cars passing by they almost damaged my car and the complex is full of roachs and theses so call maintenance They have don't have any idea on how to fix anything just getting a pay check for nothing My sister heat went out last Friday they came Monday and put a thermostat on it took three people to do this and it's giving off false reading and still doesn't work she calls back around there and so the leasing manager comes and try to talk smack to my sister her name is ***! And tells her there's nothing wrong with your system it's hot in here? As I said before it's giving off false readings so she left still no heat mind you now it gets cold at night so she calls again they told her *** said there's nothing wrong with your heat and maintenance working on somebody's else's unit there be around there when there finish or we will call you So still no response ?? heat still doesn't come on and its cold in her apartment and the thermasta says 74 degrees but her air works she doesn't need air just heat she is a elderly handicap lady and this is how they treat her but let me tell you And this company this I work for the city of ******* and I will send the inspectors out there and do a full investigation on this and put a aid in the paper social media and the news and if the place gets shut down old well it will deserve ?? it you shouldn't treat people so cruel

  I have been living in ******************** apartments since August. And since then the bathroom ceiling has fell in, water has came through my living room window. I have not had hot water 85% of the time. Now the heat. they half old radiators and the coils has so much dust on them. I use to live on the property 14 years ago and the management was different and had no problems at all. I would not recommend anyone to move in any of their property's BEWARE!!!!!!

  The property known as *****************************************************, which markets itself as a safe, gated community (the gates have never functioned since we moved in) is run by an extremely negligent property management team. They initially gave us the wrong mailbox number, and even after contacting them, they chose not to reach out or have any communication until I was forced to show up to the front office in person; in order to impress upon them the gravity of the situation, as they were withholding our mail from us which is a federal offense. Only after explaining that I would be forced to escalate the situation if it was not handled immediately, as 3 days had already passed since I put in a maintenance request (which I did not receive a response on) was I given the correct mailbox number. I assumed this was the end of it and considered the matter resolved and had no intention of pursuing it any further, however later on in the same day I went to check the mail to find they had changed the lock. I am not sure if this was done out of spite, or simply due to poor internal communication (as I had already updated the maintenance order stating it was resolved hours prior) but, upon returning to the front office both of the property managers became extremely defensive and aggressive. They attempted to insinuate that I was racist, which is completely untrue and additionally, all calls were over a recorded line during which time I was extremely polite and never once said anything that could be construed as such. They also claimed that I was being aggressive, which was ironic as I was the one being berated and slandered, for simply wanting to have access to my mailbox. I would heavily recommend against moving into any property owned by this business, especially if this location is any indication of how they normally conduct business. The building itself has issues with bugs, and signs of neglect in almost every area. At this point I will more than likely terminate the lease.

  If I could give them ZERO STARS I would :) Ive been living in the ******************** and honestly quite over priced. None of the amenities works. Laundry room never works but always takes my money, hallways elevators always nasty! Gate never works, ***** infested. *** had multiple leaks in my house and maintenance will do absolutely nothing about it jus come in stratch their head and say they cant find the problem. Just shut this disgusting place down! I hate it HERE!!!

  My son rented an apartment managed by Schweb Partners at ******** in ***************, *******. The apartment is over priced, amazingly small and has a number of hallways that are amazingly filthy. His car was stolen twice and rear-ended once in the supposedly secure parking lot. The laundry facilities are an absolute joke and seem broken or non-functional most of the time. My advice would be to do your homework and avoid these properties managed by investment companies and hedge funds. They only care about one thing - maximizing profit at the expense of the tenants. This company is no exception.

  This company is the worst. I am a resident at ************************ in *********. Formerly Kenilworth at *********. This was one of the better places to live in NE *********. Notice I said was. I loved my apartment until this company took over and it has been trash ever since. The dumping and in my complex causes the place to look trashy. My upstairs neighbor was able to lease the apartment with management having full knowledge that she had two children. The children run and jump in the apartment all day long until past 10pm. The throw heavy thing in the floor, the jump constantly and have set a fire. I have complained about the noise twice in person and three times written. Nothing has been done. The first time I was told to put my complaint in writing the management would put a note on the door. Not done. I spoke to the tenant when I told management that I did not want to confront the tenant. The noise persisted. I emailed management again. Nothing done. I went I. ********** to complain in person and the leasing agent was very rude as usual. She was very dismissive. She over talked me and never looked up from her computer. She said that she received my email, but it would take time for her to find the words to put into a letter to the tenant. Well, the noise is worse so management still has not addressed the issue. The tenant was allowed back after setting a fire, which make me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Management never even acknowledged my my emails. Obviously they will not help. They do not care so I have no choice but to seek legal counsel and break my lease. I have been living in these apartments off and on for over 10 years. It was a nice place to live until this company and their crew took over. They are very unprofessional and obviously dont want hardworking professionals living here.

  This company *****. I have been waiting to have my front door replaced because it was replaced in October with a bedroom door resulting in my apartment being broken into. I'm now trying to *** and they still haven't replaced my door. It's not safe to live here.

  If i could give them no stars i would. this company sucks! They don't fix anything; their property manager is horrible very selfish does not care about the wellbeing of tenants and the conditions of the units. every building this company owns in *********** ** is full of mold,mice,roaches, water damage, homeless people getting high in hallways, doors and windows that are broken or don't lock. This company thinks they also don't need to follow court orders and also has never once sent me a letter on where my secerty deposit is. Also they over price units that are run down. do yourself a favor and don't rent from this company if you dont wanna live in h***
