    Ever since they took over ************ apartments in *************, ** the management here has fired all ******** maintenance and hired all Spanish speaking maintenance people who dont speak English. Maintenance requests are ignored resulting in me and several other tenants having to call the city inspector. Corporate never answers the phone and voicemails are never returned. This is the worst company to rent from. They need to be shut down. They are just out for your money.

    I was a tenant for 1yr 1/2. My sentiments are exactly the same as the prior ratings of a 1 out of 5. If you have a physical disability, apartments managed by Schweb Partners, LLC. d/ba. Schweb Management, will not give you a handicap parking space exclusive for you. So, the result is other tenants park in your space. And, FORGET management, no concern for any complaints about my handicap parking concerns. Then, the office staff had NEVER returned any of my calls. Calls for maintenance are only allowed by leaving a voicemail because THE PHONES are NEVER ANSWERED. HAVING TO VISIT THE OFFICE WAS SO A WASTE OF TIME. The ATTITUDES of the office staff, including the property manager, made it SUCH a challenge to even communicate with them. Also, communication was SO DIFFICULT due to their limited English speaking ability by maintenance and other staff. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT RENT AT ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY. CONSIDER THIS A FAIR WARNING!!!!
