They scam you into a subscription model. Then when you call, they tell you to read the disclaimer! A tiny disclaimer is that they automatically charge you after the first order. They won't send you the upcoming shipment notification; they only inform you when they charge you for another payment. They never answer emails and refer you to the call center. I have many emails from them to prove that they are perhaps dodging leaving evidence behind. I decided to return the package and cancel the subscription. The package was around $59, I paid $22 for shipping to return it, and then they refunded me $44... they deducted their shipping and taxes, which I don't even know is legal. They were supposed to call me back to fix the issue, but it never happened. I'll reach out to my credit card company and want everyone out there to know how their scam-like model works.Keranique

They charged my card many times since my initial order on September 4th and I tried to cancel my subscription and wrote them again and again. Also I called them a few times and their manager decided to make me a full refund but nothing was happened. My account is closed but Im still charged for nothing. They dont answer my mails and I dont want to call them again because they dont solve this. according their site I can get a full refund within 120 days. And I didnt get packages and still charged for nothing. I closed my account. And also I even cant see what is going on. Their manager promised to give me a full refund for every transaction since September 4th. (Totally 12 transactions) I decided to close my credit card because they charge me without any email confirmation and they dont send me anything (for an example: 5 September $2.11; ***** 3 October ***** 14 October ***** 4 November 6.35 11 November ***** 8 November ***** 4 november 6.35 26 november ***** Total ****** 2 October ***** And the last one was January 6th.Keranique

This company has deceptive trade practices. I went online to cancel my order and they shipped the product again anyway to only finally reach someone on the customer service line to find out that they will continue to bill for another 90 days. The product didnt work for me which is fine. My issue is that theyre completely ignoring every email. I returned all of my products, into order and the second of auto ship over a month ago and still no refund. They owe me $118.46. Its so bad they dont even reply to my emails anymore. Do not purchase. I agree ************ is a complete scam and not transparent with customes or pricing. On 12/29/23. I noticed the ad for Christmas sale. I bought the package. I definitely made sure I did not subscribe to any extras. 1 month late, I owe $170.99 and they have been trying to charge my accounts multiple times...how come??? I continue to get emails saying I owe all kinds of money. Got one on Christmas day saying I owed for an October shipment. Sent proof that I paid said invoice then this morning I wake up to an invoice that says "WE NEED YOUR ATTENTION" showing I never paid a dime. I log in and ZERO BALANCE. Same thing as Christmas. Zero balance. Even got an apology email but yet now my "past due" balance showing I've paid nothing "NEEDS MY ATTENTION". 100% will not order from them again which makes me sad because I loved the shampoo and conditioner but I can't support a company that accuses me of not paying my invoices when ****** I have by the ZERO BALANCE reflected on their website.Keranique
