Previously canceled my subscription due to site's lack of transparency and failure to alert and offer choice about subscription arrival. Recently placed a one-time order for two items, but received and was charged for three. Site won't let me log in to see details. Waiting to hear back from customer service. Really hoping they won't keep resending what was meant as a one-time purchase.Keranique

Do not buy from Keranique direct! They will ship stuff you don't want and when you try to return it, you have to pay to ship it back and they won't refund the initial shipping. If you call you can't understand the call center representatives as they barely speak English.Keranique

This company is an utter scam. Wish I could rate less than one star. Yes they will send you product. But they will charge you and charge you and charge you even though you have already paid. They'll come up with invisible fees and rules but fail to explain them to you to explain why you just paid the full sum amount for the whole subscription of shampoo and yet you still have to ALSO pay monthly for the subscription you just already paid in FULL for. **************** AVOID at all costs. If you want their hair care product buy it online but absolutely void the subscription.Keranique

I was scammed by this company saying I was paying 65$ for a New Years Special. They charged me over 200$. I called and they explained that I did not receive that deal, I got a better one with larger products and it was 56$ per moneys. I said I was sending the products back and I would get a refund. Not only did i not get the refund they were continuing to charge me monthly. I called again. They are saying they did not receive my products and thats why Im being charged! I have the tracking number. Not until I said I was calling the BBB did they agree to my refund of over 350$Keranique

This is a complete scam. When you return your product you have to pay the shipping. They still have not refunded my money. I should have known when all those pop *** kept occurring trying to sell more & more other products. They prey on venerable people. I ordered a special starter promo, back in December. They took the money same day. December 16. It was almost 2 moths, tried to call, I told them, to ship my order, immediately. oe just cancel it.I got a bill on the mail, saying I canceled that, and reordered a 90 day supply, and 8i owe them, ****** . ***** RETURNED, MY CALL. so I emailed the customer service returned my call, I told them, why would I cancel my order, already paid for. Then got nasty letter in the mail from collections Manger, telling me I ordered 90 day supply, she researched it...Well I would never order a 90 day supply of a product I never used. That was done on their side. Yes they are rude, and thieves, they took my money. I was lied too and they owe me *****. I also had a charge the same day, .for extreme gaming app. ii called my bank and my representative said I had to cancel my card, and I would have to press charges, if they found fraud evolved which of course I agreed to. I was asked about the kerinique order made the same day and I said that was me.. But I never made a 90 day supply, so they got over for 56$ very upsetting.Keranique

I called and told them to cancel my whole subscription and they only canceled the vitamins. I found this out after 2 boxes. Then they want me to update my credit card so they can cancel my subscription. I told them I will not. I will send their products back to them, and they can cancel my subscription.Keranique
