  I believe they prey on women who feel insecure about their hair loss! I ordered a sample box only, canceled my order because I don't like it, got another box after canceling, and have been charged 3 times on my credit card. I've sent them emails and they claim I still owe them money! I'm so frustrated! If they charge me again I will have my credit card company advocate for me. As it stands now I'm out about $180 ??

  Sham and a scam!!! Does not help with hair loss or regrowth. The promotions are misleading and ends up costing you hundreds more than you think you agreed to. I was refused to return when I got product shipped after I canceled, despite the disclaimer that you can return for full refund if dissatisfied. They ship product before the statement date so even if you cancel before then you will still get it and it will cost you over $170 EVEN if you declined the 90 day supply offer because that's what they ship and then charge you for the next 3 months which means even if you cancel you are still going to have to pay for a minimum of 4 months total. Complete garbage company and product. They should be shut down.

  I ordered this product for my wife, it was $158 for the startup package. A couple months later they sent me another package of vitamins for $63 I called them and told them I never wanted a subscription I just wanted the main startup package. Then I was billed for $63 three times for vitamins and another $158 package, which I never received. I called them and told them to stop billing me and I don't want their product. I fought them for nearly 2 months they told me a supervisor would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours they told me that two times I waited over a week each time, they never responded then I talked to my credit card company they found out that they sent a fake tracking number and invoice , my credit card company investigated it . They contacted the post office office and found that Keranique used a fake tracking number and fake invoices and that karenique never shipped any product. they screwed me out of $63 three times and $158 for product I never received and karenique back charged my credit card company so Keranique has my money. In the end my credit card company creditory my money back and my credit card company is eating the loss. Keranique has Very poor customer service and they like to avoid you and make a lot of excuses and a lot of double talk. And to rip people off!!

  I've cancelled this and I've been charged twice on my credit card for $59, I tried reaching out again for a refund and no one has responded.

  This company is a fraud. I received a defective product and requested just a relacement. spoke with them twice. Tonight I spoke with them and they charged me today another charge of #***.27 when I told them I don't want any of their product. Now if some of you are with me we will go to GMA and any other plac that they sell this product.
