  I do NOT recommend this company. I paid for their assistance in the Debt Resolution, and was not treated like a paying customer. They took my money and did a half a** job. Nothing was ever fixed. I asked for my money back a couple of times. I was passed around so many times, in addressing my tax issues with no help. Looking for another company to do what Jackson Hewitt was paid to do, but did NOTHING! Horrible company, and trash customer **********************.

  Disappointment is an understatement. I gave my tax information to the tax preparer on a Wednesday. By Friday he told me to come sign off my taxes. I informed him that I wanted to go over my deductions and look at my tax work. Days went by he wouldn't answer my calls he wouldn't answer my text. Finally had to go into the ********* office and have another tax preparer while he is on the other line who later I found out is the owner of the business. They went over the deductions very briefly. I was charged $600 for doing my taxes with the ************************************************************************************************************************************************** $800 for preparing my taxes. Terrible service, lack of communication with their clients and overcharging excruciating amounts of money for filing very simple taxes. While they were going over my deductions the owner of the business who was on the phone could be heard cursing and saying the f word. Lack of dignity lack of class and lack of respect for their customers.

  Used the in person service for first time and will NEVER go back. They lied to me, changed up figures, had me sign but lied about what I was signing on that pad and took more than half my refund amount. Crooked people. They list 3 prices they charge and it is false advertising because they charged me 88% above the highest amount they declare. ******** ***** location.

  The new commercial for Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, which begins with "What the Buck," should immediately be banned! This use of "Buck" is disgusting and inexcusable!!!

  I was charged over $700 to have a basic W2 Tax return filed, this was never disclosed to me until after my tax return was completed and my taxes filed. I will never return to Jackson Hewitt and their employee at their ****** ** location *************************** was extremely nosey asking me questions like "Are all of your children yours?" (Because she noticed my children have different last names) And even when my fianc came in she hit her with the same line of questioning, asking why we weren't married and other bits of personal information. Just a very poor unprofessional experience. We're not Married by Choice and YES my Kids are all MY *********** be reached at 16mknelson at gmail.com. But I highly doubt anyone from your company is going to be willing to reconcile this matter but I myself will not be returning or recommending anyone else to them after my experience yesterday.

  jackson hewitt uses gimmicks to attract customers. Their TV ads are gimmicks too, obviously thought to be giggle-worthy by their sad excuse of a marketing department. I would never use jh and would certainly never entrust them with my personal financial information. Sad they are still is business to scam people.

  Absolutely disgusting that you all even thought it was cute to make a commercial the way you did this year when I'm in the other room and think you say the * word and my young child comes in asking if *************** used a curse word Absolutely not okay not a good look for you company

  Please take the offensive marketing campaign Buck You off the air it is not an appropriate play on words at 5:30 in the afternoon with children at home. I overheard it and was shocked that an upstanding company such as yourselves would send such a tasteless message to the masses..
