    I ordered there product for my husband due to the statements they made about their mosquito zapper product.I ordered in late June, received in July and requested a refund 8-16-24.I was told it was over the 30 days and to try steps they sent to get it to work.Not one mosquito.I want a refund and a free return label.The way they advertise is so untrue and not worth the 50 plus dollars I spent.They should back there product and not get away with this.

    If I could do a zero, I would. I ordered two of these on 7/24/2024. Received them on July 30,2024. Charged them to capacity and put one in an 40 sq. ft. bathroom that I knew there were mosquitos and gnats in. Came back 4 hours later . Unit was discharged and mosquitos and gnats still buzzing around. Tried the 2nd unit. Same results. Emailed the company for a refund. They offered a 30% refund which I said NO to. Offered me a 40% refund. I responded ok to that as I was tired of the back and forth emails. No reply from the company to any of three to four emails I sent to them. Tried calling their number and got disconnected each time I called (3-4).This company has hundreds of BAD reviews. I am just one of the many who got SUCKERED.DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!!!!

    The zappify mosquito product is a complete scam. I charged it and followed the instructions carefully and set it outside for 6 hours on an evening filled with mosquitos and it caught maybe one mosquito and one moth. I contacted the company and they offered to send me a 30% refund and I could keep the product. I refused, I'm not paying 70% for a product that works 0%. Thankfully it's within the 30 day return window. I'm sending it back for a full refund. Hopefully, they don't try to scam their way out of my refund! This product is junk and the company should be ashamed of themselves, scamming people the way they do!

    Purchased (2) UV Brite Water Bottles from this company - both items were charged on my credit card - received one at the lower price - did not receive the other. When I received the tracking number for the first bottle, it was a bogus number. Still waiting for the second bottle, which I expect will not arrive - cost was $44.00.

    Definitely false advertising on this item. A price is listed and suddenly the total is significantly higher. When you click on review order to see what the additional charges are, it automatically takes payment. Have sent multiple emails to cancel order and request refund to multiple email addresses that are listed hello at myzappify dot com, hello at uv-brite dot com with no response. Zero customer service for the item. Now item has shipped. Seems like someone monitors the bbb complaints more than own customer service. Bad business.

    Another sucker here, who wished I'd read reviews before buying. I've emailed the company 10 (!!) times. Initially they offered a 30% refund but then i haven't heard from them since. Of course the Zappify units don't work at all so I want a 100% refund. They also scammed me with a surprise delivery fee of $42 for 3 very lightweight items. This delivery fee wasn't visible until the payment was processed. I can see they're copy/pasting the same response to everyone's review and I assume I'll get this same response, with no follow up from the company. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

    Will not refund returned product. Purchased a mosquito killer for $151.82. I returned product to the address given and paid to have it returned via ***** Product was verified returned to the address given. The product arrived on June 20th, 2024 and has been sitting at this location for over three weeks. I called for verification of my refund, however, they refuse to return it, stating that they can't refund "until the product is returned." Postal officials confirm that the package was delivered to the address provided. This company is not cooperating and they are making up all the rules. I just want a refund for a product that does not work the way it was described.

    Joke product! (The joke's on me!) After charging fully, trouble shooting, rereading directions... this product didn't kill ONE mosquito during the heaviest mosquito season. I wrote to the advertised email address for "customer service" ... EMAIL UNDELIVERABLE!!! $50 spent on false claims!!! I'd send it back, but that would only increase my loss. My rating is really ZERO stars.
