    I placed an order with Zappify on 6-28-24 for 2 mosquito zappers after I put my card info in there was about 10 pages to go through of items that they were trying to sell...The mosquito zapper was advertised as 50% off of ***** so I thought it was actually ***** without the discount.Deceptive advertising.They offered a 2nd zapper for ***** which I ordered also.Each page the price kept going up from ***** to ***** with 4.99 convenience fee so I tried to cancel the order but could not because my card info was already in.The total can to *****.I went to the home page to contact Zappify to cancel but the conact us was not working.I did a search for customer service phone number..None,no number..After going through about 6 sites I found a contact site that worked.I contacted them to Cancel the order and was told no cancellation or refunds and the order will be sent out..I emailed back telling them the order would be returned to sender. They did this to charge a restocking fee or steal as much of my 83 dollars as possible..This is not only stealing, but insane as well..Do not deal with these people.Avoid them like the plague.If Sapience Group LLC or Zappifiy see this complaint..Return my ***** back to my card thats all I want..I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT.

    I wish I had read all these reviews before I ordered. One of the ones I purchased does not work. I emailed them over a week ago to ask how to return it for a refund or to be replaced and have yet to receive an answer. I regret having made the purchase

    I made the mistake of inputting my credit card information but never submitted the purchase and decided to back out of the site. Little did I know that by inputting my information they would automatically submit the order and I was still charged for the order that I decided not to purchase. I tried reaching out to the company to tell them to cancel my order and refund my money but received a response saying that it was an automated process and there was no stopping it... this company is a total scam and I regret ever opening the ad that kept popping up on my phone. I know that I just wasted my money on some cheap c*** that doesn't work after reading so many reviews that all say basically the same thing about this product and won't get any type of resolution from the company. I do not want to hear their automated response that they send to everybody's review on here because they know where they can shove it!! I want my **** money back!!!

    There is no zero rating available in this platform, which is what the so-called company deserves. Tried to reach **************** regarding brand new unit arriving broken, which I never authorized in the first place (no receipt or confirmation of purchase was ever provided.) Phone numbers posted in the web are bogus and go to a recording call cannot be completed as dialed. Email address they provide in the web is fraudulent because response received after 7 days states my request will be closed due to no response. There was no previous email, plus the fake initial email they attached to the response has no date/time stamp. There were no identifying details in the email such as contact information, or company icon. Have noticed the company has responded to posted complaints but not sure why the BBB would give them a platform to continue deceiving consumers.

    I bought 4 of these and only one charges, have emailed 4 times with one response to trouble shoot initially but have not heard from the last 3 emails. Based on BBB this appears to be a large fraudulent scam. DO NOT PURCHACE, no actual number and I don't believe anyone works in customer service.

    Absolutely ridiculous, I thought that I was looking at the site to see how much it would cost, next thing I know, I am getting charged and when I tried to cancel through the sites that it tells you to, one comes back as undeliverable, the next one says to try this other email, then you send it there and there is no response.Next thing you know I get an email stating that the order has been shipped and charged an outrageous amount.I am still trying to figure out how to get my money back, I will be glad to send it all back!

    Extremely hard to get in contact with. I've emailed them four times about one of the three Zappify items I ordered and no one has bothered to reply. I would not order from them again. They give you an email address but no phone number. Then they just ignore you.

    There is no way to contact this company after you order from them. They require you to upgrade at least twice before they accept your order. To order, you must supply your phone number! The product does not work and o have emailed and requested my $152 to be returned, and of course, have heard from them. This company does not seem to be legitimate

    If I could have given a zero, I would have. Stay away from this company!! I ordered two and neither one of them worked. I have been sending emails every week and NO ONE will respond. I want a refund.

    I purchased 3 Zappify 2.0 zappers with warranties from this company for $112.98. I didn't use them but want to return them for a full refund since they are suppose to be 30- Day Love It or Return It policy. I didn't use them because my husband bought another zapper that would protect our whole property, and asked me to return them. I have contacted them by email multiple times to their customer service and no one answers my emails. I just want to return them and get my money back. I wouldn't give any stars to this company, they seem to be a scam company to get your money. Don't buy from them!
