      I bought an iPad from the ***** site at a very good price. The iPad arrived and was in excellent condition. When I set it up, I found out it was an older IOS than I thought, which was MY error.I sent an email to ***** support and received a very quick response from *** in customer support. *** explained that I could return the item, and she explained what I needed to do. After many more of my questions which she patiently answered I returned the item and received my credit in four days. If ***** gives them out *** should get a gold star.

      The item I received was exactly as described. It was securely packaged and arrived quickly. I found the tech products to be exceptional values. If you dont want to spend a fortune on having the latest and greatest, this is for you. Im very happy with the iPad Mini I purchased.

      I bought a computer, it was in good shape, but was older than I realized, and with the artwork I planned to use it for, thought it too old. I wrote the Itech folks, they were understanding and gracious, sent me all the return info I needed and refunded the money right away, even when I had had it a little longer than the return cutoff.
