      I had a good experience with customer service. I ordered 2 used iPads. One had an issue with the button. They provided a free return label and credited my account. I would buy from them again.

      All good. Repeat customer; good experience both times. I recently ordered an item. They sent tracking info. On the day of delivery, I emailed them that it hadn't come even though tracking indicated that it had. They auto-replied right away. Meanwhile, it had ended up by a neighbor. So I emailed them back that I got it and it was all good. By that point, a human being from their company had emailed me back, and, as mentioned, all good.

      Had ordered a Chromebook and it was a week late in shipping and they weren't very proactive when it came to what happened to it. But was able to reach their support email and they got it shipped out. If they had a better "contact us" form or phone #, I would have given 5 stars because I got a heck of a deal on a laptop that this review is being typed on right now. You know you're getting a used product when you buy from them, so there was no expectation that it would be in perfect shape. for 50 bucks, it works great for me!

      Excellent service had to contact customer support because I had made a mistake on my phone number. It was corrected immediately and **** the service rep *** a great communicator. I received my products today and am very satisfied I have purchased items from them before and have had no issues, just great service. Thank you
