      I understand that as a refurbished device, blemishes and imperfections were to be expected, unfortunately, my **** Chromebook had significant scratches in the center of the screen. I returned the unit and feel that I should have had the return shipping charges paid by iTech, however, the shipping charges were ultimately paid by me. Additionally, I had to follow up with customer service to receive the expected refund approximately one month after they received the Chromebook. For these reasons, I would have given one star. However, ***'s customer service was exceptional and professional and deserves five stars for promptly responding to my messages and expediting my purchase refund. Thank you ***!

      What an awful experience this has been with itechdeals. They sent us 2 non-working iPads and were very responsive to emails asking when they would be shipped, but they have no interest in helping us return them. After 4 emails from me, finally I got a response and they sent me a return label for a totally different item. Every email Ive sent has had the order number and stated problems with the iPads. They are an absolute nightmare to work with and I would stay away from this company.

      The business sold me an iPad with deceptive advertising. When I got the refurbished item, I realized that software updates were no longer supported for this generation and apps could not be installed with the older software. The IPad itself was in good condition and looked brand new. The company refunded my money without any hassle, but I had to pay my own shipping and the process took several weeks.

      I did not need to use **** Service so this review is of the product (LinkSys WiFi Extender ****) Quick, free **** delivery, pristine condition, refurbished item with original documentation, worked flawlessly - excellent value on a not-cutting-edge but pretty current WiFi Extender - meets my needs completely, connected to either of the *** routers I tried it with.

      I ordered an Macbook Air for my daughter for College. When I received it, it was tied to a school district. I tried reinstalling the MacOS but that did nothing. after 3 failed attempts I contacted customer service who stated she had to get with her Manager to see what the process was for a return. She then asked me to try and fix it myself, which I should have never been asked to do for a product I bought from a tech company. I piddled with it for the next week and finally got the instructions to return it. In the meantime I learned that Macbooks have a security flaw that allows you to reset the admin passwords and then found out that all I needed to do was to remove the certificate from the school district. Since I have done both of those actions the laptop is now untied from the school district and better than ever so I cancelled my return/refund request but feel I should be compensated for the time I spent working on this laptop. Oh forgot to mention when I reached out the 2nd time, I was given the exact same response that she needed to get with her Manager to see what the return process was. I will have to think long and hard before I ever think about buying anything from iTechDeals in the future.
