      Purchased a ******* tablet but was unable to use it. I contacted the company they were quick to respond and offer me assistance in trying to fix the problem when that didnt work they offered me a refund. They were professional and courteous.

      I ordered a refurbished iPad 4 with charger. After receiving, I was not able to charge the iPad. Thinking it might be the charger, I even purchased an inexpensive charger to see if that would work. The iPad would not charge. I contacted the company asking to return this product. Within 24 hours they did get back to me, but in the meantime, I used my Grandson's authentic apple charger and was able to charge the iPad. I contacted their customer support department and let them know that aside from the bad charger that came with the iPad, I was happy with my purchase and they could close the support ticket.They did get back with me in a timely manner, and for my purposes, I am happy with my purchase.

      Worst worst and absolute worst. I would give a zero; 0 star. I ordered an apple watch october 17th, i wanted to gift my neice so i ordered ahead since her birthday is in Nov 6. This company took my money and didnt deliver my product. On November 2/3rd i email them about my order and they told me within 48 hours you will get the order. Apologized, etc.. after 24 hrs they tell me we dont have that on stock. We will refund you. Now; if i didnt reach them then would they refund me the money? Thank God i took a screenshot of the order number (No they didnt email me a confirmation reciept when I ordered in email). So; when you do order something or if all of you do order something from here, do take a picture of the order number and reach out to them. Now my neice didnt get the present on NOV 6th. Waiting on my refund to show on my statement.

      I ordered a Fitbit Versa and within a month the face of the fitbit came loose and just dangled. I contacted the company for a full refund or replacement of the item. I must admit I was very skeptical that I would hear back from them. But I received a full refund within a very short time. I was very pleased with the way the whole process went.

      I ordered 3 ipads, unfortunately one did have a defect (broken headphone **** stuck in the port). I contacted itechdeals and was offered a partial discount to keep it, I did not want to keep it(kids want to use the headphones not bluetooth) sent back and I received a full refund.

      Mai was great in handling my problem. Disappointed in product but service was prompt, courteous and pleasant. This made a product problem acceptable. I received full refund in 4 days of mailed return.

      4 stars, product was purchased refurbished, but was not in a great working condition, to what was expected, contacted customer service, and after a brief exchange of descriptions and pictures, they were prompt for a full refund. Will order again
