      I sent them a message asking if they offered couples counseling. The response I got did not include an answer to my question but tried to book an appointment (on 9/13). Later on 9/13 I received 2 calls/ voicemails and a second email trying to schedule an appointment. I decided against this provider and communicated that to them via email on 9/14. 10/4 they called and left another voicemail; I emailed them again asking why I was still getting phone calls and to stop contacting me. At that point I blocked the number they kept calling from (end in ****) so I have no idea how many times they've tried calling, but they haven't been leaving voicemails. 10/20 I get another email trying to book an appointment. Not that it'll make a difference but I'll be posting this on every review site I can find; this is unprofessional and unacceptable.

      This place is a scam and robs people of their money by charging their card continuously without authorization. Do not go here. I was going to appointments for a year, and they constantly told me I had no outstanding bills. I stopped going, and then all of a sudden I am being hit with a bill every month. I made a single payment, and did not agree for auto-payments and now they are continuously trying to charge my credit card every other day at different large amounts without my authorization, and they keep sending me letters where the amount due differs significantly on each one, so I cant even tell what is due. Their phone number for billing does not work and no one ever calls back.

      DO NOT GET PREGNANT while using psychiatric services here, you'll be sent into a full blown withdrawal. I've been extremely sick the past 5 days after my medication dosage was slashed in half because I found out I'm pregnant. I've spoken with my primary care doctor, my OBGYN, the *********** doctor that I had to see 2 days ago due to being so ill, and *************** who all have stated the way I was tapered was completely wrong and the pros vs cons should have been weighed with me. Harmony Bay washed their hands for liability reasons without going over any of these side effects from drastically reducing my dosage. I have been violently vomitting **** times per day for hours at a time and experiencing such bad vertigo it was impossible for me to stand. I had to take several days off of work now to combat these symptoms. According to my other doctors, I shoud not have had to go through this, ESPECIALLY now that I'm pregnant. Such a shame I ************** husband and family to this place just to be treated as a liability and more harm has now been done than good.

      They don't respond to calls from pharmacies and they do not take live calls if there are issues with your prescriptions. So now I currently wait for my withdraw symptoms to come on. There is literally NO way to fix problems there. I've also had several issues with billing and asked for my credit card to be changed and it hasn't, also asked for it to be removed from the file and it hasn't. They are combining different days charges so it's basically impossible to get FSA to reimburse because the receipts don't match the statements or the **** Avoid at all costs.

      Literal thieves. Taking money from those who are struggling with mental health. Called over 24 hours before to reschedule my appointment due to my daughter being rushed to the hospital, recording says to select an option for a call back and save your place in line. They never called back. So I called back at 4 pm which is 24 hours prior to my scheduled appointment. Explained to the lady what was going on and she still said I would be charged. I dont even want to use this business anymore. Such a shame! Not in the correct business to not have a heart.

      Wrote asking to work with a specific provider I found online and was informed that patients do not choose practitioners, they are scheduled an appointment with an intake nurse who then assigns them to a provider. As I was working to establish care in a new state I went with HB in hopes of being able to work with my provider of choice due to the fact that this specific provider uses EMDR. During my virtual intake the nurse practitioner was late and hadnt read any of the information Id provided in their lengthy intake packet on their Customer Portal (CP.) The nurse asked the same questions regarding treatment, diagnoses, and medications. The intake nurse said they would assign me to a provider who they felt would be a good fit based on a single aspect of our exchange. I asked about the provider Id hoped to see. They said theyd never heard of the provider and that as far as they knew, there were only two providers who practice this technique. The nurse assigned me to a provider at the other end of the state and didnt inform me of this. Two days later I met with the provider online and they also asked the same questions, etc. and again - didn't inform me of their location until the END of the appointment. They said I can schedule you to come into my office for your initial appt. Or I can update your chart with the notes of what we talked about today - which do you want me to do? I asked her to make notes in my chart so I had time to think about itshe spoke very fast and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple timesand instead, I received a letter stating that Id been discharged and that they were billing my insurance for ***** and 1,300/max allowed for evaluation and medication management. They outsource their customer-facing depts. and as a result its been a nightmare to actually talk to a human since they do not have a way to contact/message anyone directly through their CP. Ultimately services were rendered, so I have no recourse.

      2 telecom appointments with this organization. Initial for $150. and second for $300, as agreed on intake. In the interim I have received statements for $1000, $1300 and $200. My credit card on file was charged $100--disputed. The Billing Questions contact phone # is "no longer available".BEWARE!

      Their scheduling system allows you to schedule with providers who aren't available. They have a med line that allows you to leave a message but never receive a call back. At least one "answering machine" option is a dead line and goes absolutely no where. They routinely bounce you around from one desk to another leading me to believe their services aren't all in house but are outsourced to several places, none of which are talking to each other. Getting a medication refill difficult enough that I fear someone more unstable would actually end up dead before they received any help. They sent an email to all their clients saying that they were expanding staff to help resolve issues, but I'm running as far and as fast I can from this office once I have my patient files in hand. This place is mismanaged to a dangerously negligent degree.

      Im pretty sure this company is out of business or going out of business. Ive had 4 different providers in less than a year. Getting a prescription refill is the most difficult thing to do. For instance, I emailed Tuesday (usually only way to get a response) for a refill, my pharmacy didnt have it called in as of Wednesday night. I emailed Wednesday night, called 3 times Thursday morning, along with another email and still nothing.I feel like their may be some kind of legal obligation to respond within a certain amount of time being that they are my mental health advisor but not sure.I was sent a link at the end of **************************************************************************************************************** person appointments for certain meds. Again, this was my 4th provider in a year. What does that say about a company when they have so much turnover .Also, a phone call would have been nice but then again maybe theyre going out of business which is why its impossible to speak to anyone or get an email back.Now one week since calling in a refill. I still have yet to receive a personal phone call or email from anyone on your team. They did call in my prescription on Thursday, but it was incorrect. I called/emailed Friday AM and Saturday to get it resentstill nothing. My pharmacy went to the extent to order it and have it on site so I can get it when/if they call it in.
