      Just signed up for a 5 year contract, ******** ******** as the salesman was very professional and friendly. He took his time to go over all the different coverages with me so I could do a comparison with my current warranty plan. I have read some of the complaints filed with BBB and I truly hope I have made a good decision. As far as a review for ******** is concerned, I would give him 5 stars.

      Do not give this company any money! We had a 3 year plan and ended up needing to use them several times and every time was a total nightmare. Read the fine print: they will not cover many things that you assume they would. Including the extra coverage we paid for our pool. Our Booster Pump for the Pool Sweep went out, guess what, they don't cover it (even though I couldn't find anywhere in the paperwork that excluded Booster Pumps). Our AC went out and needed a $2,000+ ***air, in the fine print they cap out at $400 and that's after you have to jump through many hoops to get approval. Our main pool pump went out, again only covered $400 of a $2,600 ***lacement. Oh, and we had ***************** What a joke. It's always a pain to talk to a *** and have them do anything, they quickly deny most claims and you have to call and call again. They have the most basic website and app, it's laughable. All calls/***s are outsourced to *****. If you do decide to try them, just know they will never pay out more than you paid for your coverage, it's a scam. STAY AWAY!!!!

      I would have rated them better if their customer service wasn't so bad. I purchased a full year policy for my buyer of my home and they would not produce a receipt for my purchase to provide to the attorney. That alone is enough for me to never use them or recommend them.

      Purchased 5 yr platinum coverage. Denied replacement of AC unit stating that my plan was less than 30 days old even though I purchased May 14th and claim was filed July 4th.
